The ability of selfish people to be allowed to reserve sunbeds and then not to use them until after lunch. Sunbeds should not be allowed to be reserved

aircon not adequate in our room, single beds did not have a topper to create double and would drift apart overnight

fight for sun beds. hotel claimed a ‘non-reserve sunbed’ policy and all the sun beds had towels on them all day and never used or never remove by staff. the beds never had personal belongings on them, just towels all day long. this needs to be brought attention to management

- Animation / activities programme!!! It was amazing, we loved it! It was never boring and we didn't even have to leave the hotel. There was everything: aqua fit, bingo, petanque, musical show in the evening etc. - The atmosphere is nice and relaxing - The food was tasty and there was a lot of choice. - Staff was very kind and helpful. On our first day we arrived in the middle of the night and they prepared some food for us anyway. We also got an umbrella for the stormy weather and a lot of useful tips as to what to see on the island. - It was very uncomplicated to rent a car (not even deposit was required) - The premises were directly next to the sea and were huge with a beautiful palm garden - A lot of pools and one could get pool towels - the balcony was very nice, with a good size and a private atmosphere - the guests had the option to fill out a feedback survey

- There was no proper food labelling so that it was really difficult to know what is vegetarian and what isn't. For example, there was written pasta with vegetables, but in the end there was ham inside. Or a salad called "Chinese style" without any reference to whether there is meat inside. It would be good to introduce for example a leaf for vegetarian food. - During snack time (Pepe's grill & Atlantico between lunch and dinner) there was no proper vegetarian option (only chips) - the rules were not enforced. People reserved sun loungers at the adult pool early in the morning so that there were no free loungers but also almost no people. Also, I saw a child at the adult pool. I never saw a staff member do anything about these two things. - When asking for toiletries the staff kept saying that due to COVID they cannot give us any. I don't really understand how toiletries have anything to do with COVID? The room only had soap bars and shower gel. - The walls are a bit thin, I heard a man snorring in the room next to us. - Cleaning was not very thorough.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness was also exceptional.

The ONLY downside was the food, but that is more likely to be us being picky. The variety of main courses was okay, starters a bit limited and desserts even more so. The food was often a bit cold, or at least not hot or as hot as we would have liked, but we understand the complexities with having to cater for suge large numbers of people on a all-inclusive basis.

This hotel has something for everyone. A perfect location.

Frosted bathroom door......very noisy and lights up the whole room if you put the bathroom light on at night.
