This was one of the nicest, best equipped places we have ever rented! Very spacious, nicest furniture and bedding. The game room and theatre screen, with giant bean bags, was a huge hit with our grandchildren Close proximity to town, a bit of a walk for me, age 70, but very doable. Otherwise, it’s a three minute drive to the center of downtown Grand Lake! Love it! We will be back.

We were 4 families staying together and a dude time visit to Grand Lake. The house was perfection - everyone had their own space, and the kids had so much to do in and around the house. The dining table was the perfect setup for us to gather over our meals!! I never had to contact the owners the whole time - the setup and amenities were exactly as expected. A perfect spot to create memories!

Traveled with 4 other friends to Grand Lake in late January. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.
Only glitch was the route Google maps had us take - which was to the back alley. Not fun in the winter. Figured that out quick and made our way up a little further to get in just fine. Again - awesome place with a terrific view of the town and lake.

This cabin was perfect for us and our friends. The location was great. Walking distance to town. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful lodge and has a beautiful view!
Everything was just as it was described on the website. The arcade room was a hit! Loved that the Christmas tree was still up! Great amenities! We had a blast and the kids loved it too!!

House was as described and worked well with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We found everything we needed in the house and didn't want for anything. House cooled off well at night and was quite comfortable during the day.

We explored the area with drives to mountain tops, boat ride, and hiking trails.
The only suggestion I have is that the quilt on bed was for winter, not summer.

The house is perfectly located for viewing the lake and mountains while sitting a short walk from local shops. Erik was quick to respond throughout the booking process and during our stay. We would gladly stay at Stone Hill again.

We had an excellent stay at Stonehill House for Spring Break! We had 3 familes for a total of 14 people & the house had lots of space for us to spread out in & everyone feel very comfortable. Plenty of bed’s & bathrooms for all! Kitchen was spacious. We spent most of our days skiing at Granby which was an easy drive. The kids loved the sledding hill in the neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond to all questions & very helpful! My only small recommendation is that a TV on the main level would be a nice touch. Our whole group enjoyed the house & would return again :):)

The house provided everything that we needed and was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room and it was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Grand Lake. We would definitely rent this property for a future trip.

The property was very nice and everything we hoped it would be! The kids had plenty to do. The main living room area was an amazing place to hang out and talk and eat. Highly recommended place to stay, close to town!

Stone hill house was a wonderful home.
It accommodated 5 couples very nicely each with their own bathrooms. Good room space on main floor to visit and eat.

House was perfect for our family vacation, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and located in the heart of the picturesque village of Grand Lake, surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond/meet our needs. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in the mountains!

We were a group of 4 families with 12 people including kids. Every family had their privacy and also the open main floor for common space. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It's walkable distance to the main street and all the businesses in Grand Lake. The house also offer beautiful view of the mountains and part of the lake.

This home is very clean and very well kept. The home is well designed to accommodate a large family gathering. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably in this home. The location was very convenient to enjoy the amazing town of grand Lake , CO.

We were looking for a place where 5 families could co-exist comfortably. This house fits the bill! With each group having their own bathrooms we could all get ready for my niece’s wedding with no conflicts. The kids loved the game room with the theater screen (hooked up the Nintendo easily!). The large dining table was a great place, too, for gathering when we weren’t out on the deck.

All 10 of us ages ranging from 7 to 70 loved our stay at Stone Hill House. The location was perfect- everything was walking distance in Grand Lake. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the football and air hockey games. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Place
We had a family reunion at the house. We were able to spread out but also gather together in many places. This house actually had room for everyone to eat together and to gather together. It had everything you needed. We enjoyed the outside decks. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked that every room had a bathroom. Couple of our kids had to work “from home” and they were able to do it in their own room and have wifi. It’s a beautiful house, well-maintained and everyone thought it was just perfect for us.
It was a great location to walk downtown and we enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking downtown and seeing the lake in the distance.

Fun in Grand Lake
We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the gas cook top and the grill on the deck. We easily walked everywhere, to town, hiking, fishing, lake activities and church. While the house was close enough for walking, it was also secluded enough to enjoy being away.

There were sufficient beds; however, there should have been at least one more king size bed. The queen mattresses need replaced due to wear and tear. The 3 level floor plan was excellent. The number of bathrooms was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to all the businesses.
