Lily's Lookout is beautiful as the pictures show. Quiet and serene. While eating breakfast one morning, we were able to watch deer from inside and on the porch. Able to see some mountain views which were gorgeous. The only suggestion, would be to install a light over the mirror in the downstairs bathroom. Plenty of nice, kitchen cookware and accessories. Loved sitting on the porch. We will be back.

We loved the cabin, plenty of room and beautiful. Jodi and Rob were very attentive, making sure everything was okay and asking if we needed anything. The location was close to Blue Ridge and Helen.

My family of 7 stayed here over Christmas. We are from Florida and had never been in the mountains or in (very) cold weather. The cabin could not have been more perfect. Every single detail of the place was so tasteful. Pictures don't do it justice - it took my breath away when we first walked in. Incredibly clean, felt like home (but better), with beautiful views all around the property. The layout of the three floors was perfect for our large family. We cooked in the kitchen with no issues, and the kids could play out front freely with it being relatively private and away from main roads. We were there during the "artic blast" winter storm and had some issues come up due to the extreme cold- but the owners were beyond helpful with all of it, easy to get ahold of, and immediately handled the situation. We would love to come back to this cabin over and over again, it was the most beautiful rental I have ever stayed in.

Our stay at Jodi and Rob’s home was nothing short of amazing. It’s difficult to list all the things that we loved about the home and the area, so we’ll go with the ones that really stood out. First, everything that we would possibly need was available. The well equipped kitchen helped us make all the meals necessary for our week-long stay. The cabin was impeccably clean and you could tell that their cleaning crew took their time prior to our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of spaces available to sleep. Our older son loved the basement and our younger wanted the loft. The basement was equipped with an air hockey table. That provided hours of enjoyment for our boys along with comfortable seating for my wife and I to watch TV. The gas fueled fireplace made the home feel very cozy and where we read books after dinner. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing from the terrace and provided wonderful views during breakfast and dinner. There is a firepit with plenty of wood for our enjoyment. We also enjoyed using the hammock during the afternoon as we watched the fall colored leaves come off the trees. Traveling with children is always tricky and you have to make sure you remember EVERYTHING. Jodi and Rob provided a starter pack of shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. They also supplied filters for their brand new Ninja coffee maker along with standard spices and olive oil for cooking. Lastly, the cabin is central to everything including downtown Blue Ridge and many of the amazing sights such as the Toccoa swinging bridge and Amicalola Falls. We couldn’t have selected a better location for our stay and will be reserving their cabin for our next trip up there.

We had just spent a couple of weeks touring cities and towns in the South. We were looking for a place to spend some easier time in a good location with the property itself as almost a destination. This cabin lived up to all of our hopes and expectations. Firstly, the property owner provided us with excellent information on the cabin and the local area. Her communications throughout were great. Then the cabin itself, so it's a couple of miles off I76, halfway between Blue Ridge and Blairsville, up a bit of a hill and into the woods. So it's a good, quiet location with great views from the terrace. It has plenty of space, is superbly fitted and kitted and is very comfortable, with big beds and a great TV. The terrace is a great place to chill during the day and into the evening, maybe cook a barbeque on the outside grill, and if you're lucky you'll get visited by some of the local wildlife. The area has loads of interest from walking in the Chattahoochee Forest to visiting and eating in Blue Ridge or Blairsville. I really can't recommend this cabin enough. We absolutely loved it.

Property had several nice touches, especially in the linens & decor. But a few rough spots made the stay average. Examples of pluses; very well done lower level, nice serving pieces made our snacks very pretty, firewood for the fire pit was appreciated. Examples of fixable rough spots; we never figured out the fireplace or the grill, main floor bath is not directly accessed from master bedroom & the tub/shower was very dated, shower head definitely needs replacing, kitchen appliances also pretty dated, though we spent time on the deck the views are definitely obstructed in most directions. Overall the well done lower level made the main part of the house look even more dated.

The cabin is a beautiful mountain retreat with all the amenities and charm you could ask for. The decor in every room is right out of a Southern Living magazine article, and just so comfortable! The wrap around deck was my happy place to relax and reflect on the day. I visited the Union County farmers market in Blairsville and brought back some fresh items to grill. Then another day visited Mercier Orchards near Blue Ridge for apple picking and their delicious treats! This place is the farm market to beat all others! The cabin location is great, being halfway between Blue Ridge and Blairsville. Its within a few minutes of several lakes, lots of hiking, state parks, restaurants, and charming mountain vistas. It’s far enough off the main highway that you don’t hear anything but crickets, owls, and the buzz of hummingbirds. The beds were nice tempur pedic with matching pillows. The kitchen was completely equipped with anything that you need to prepare meals. The downstairs family room and bedroom was great for tv and relaxing, but the walk in shower was the highlight! I loved the huge tv on the wall and spent a bit of time with a movie from the streaming service. It’s my new favorite property in this area, and I’ve been coming up to these mountains for over 20 years! You too will love this cabin!

Everything was quick and easy. They were so nice and accommodating. The cabin was precious and cozy. We had a wonderful stay. It's in a central location to surrounding towns for restaurants and things to do. Would definetely come back.

We love the cabin and the view of the mountains. This was our second visit and we will be going back again.

Our stay was everything we could have imagined and more! This cabin was absolutely beautiful! The decor was perfection, it was spotless and oh so cozy! We ended up spending much of our time watching movies in front of the fireplace and enjoying boardgames by the big lighted Christmas tree. I can't wait to come back again next Christmas! The drive up to the cabin was also lovely. Not too far from town at all.

Amazing property and wonderful owners. The cabin is perfect for a family of four. With the additions of the basement being made, the cabin will be able to accommodate even more. There are a lot of small attentions to details from the motion sensor activated lights leading to the front door for evening arrivals to the perfectly equipped kitchen and outdoor space and air hockey table for the kids in the basement. The only wish is that better pillows were available for both beds. The pillows provided offer no support and are too small especially for the king mattress so bring your own. The kids loved playing in the front area which allowed us to keep a watchful eye out from the vast windows overlooking the property and mountains beyond. Great stay and we hope to return soon to see the finished basement!

We can't say enough good things about Lily's Lookout. We've been taking annual trips to the Blue Ridge area for five years now, and this cabin is our favorite. The mountain views are fantastic and the cabin is great for a family getaway. We enjoyed being at the cabin, sitting around the fire pit, and letting our 3 kids play outside. The kids also loved the air hockey table in the basement! Jodi was excellent with communication before and during our stay. The cabin is easy to find - which isn't always the case with properties in North Georgia – and it's equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

This cabin was perfect for peace and quiet and beautiful mountain views. Everything about it was so comfortable and clean. It was a perfect location to enable us to explore NW GA, SW NC, and SE TN to find which area is right for us to relocate. And Morganton it is!

Lily’s Lookout is great. It’s well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds and seating are comfortable. Sitting on the deck and looking at the mountains is peaceful. Jodi answered our questions quickly. Would we return? YES!

We enjoyed this home so much. Morning coffee on the deck watching the mist over the mountains is glorious. The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in. The decor is chic. Well stocked, too. We will miss it. Until next time!

Stayed for a week at Lily's Lookout. The owner, Jodi, was so responsive and very gracious. The cabin was located about 2 miles off the main highway. It is very well furnished with a seemingly new and nice refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. The pots and pans were top notch and abundant, as was silverware and dishes. The beds and linens were very nice quality and towels were abundant. If you stay, be familiar with Roku for your TV viewing. The furniture was obviously picked out with love and a familiarity with cabin style. We were in North Georgia mainly to visit with family. Our grandsons loved the air hockey table in the basement, which also housed the washer and dryer. Blairsville and the massive Ingles grocery store were about 20 minutes from the cabin. Since we were visiting family, we did not explore the area too much. Meeks park is very nice for little people and picnics. Good playground and small water park. I would definitely recommend a stay at Lily's Lookout.

Great Pl., Tucktaway in the mountains peaceful and quiet. Wildlife galore. Itll be even better when they finish the basement with added bed and bath space.

We had an amazing stay at Lily’s Lookout! The cabin was very clean and super comfortable. Everything from checking in to checkout was seamless. We especially enjoyed eating s’mores and watching the fireflies during sunset.

I cannot say enough about this home and it’s owners. The owners were so kind and accommodating. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. The home met all of our needs and we would be so blessed to be able to return. I would rent from them 1000 times again.

Every detail was wonderful. From the view to the comfortable beds, all expectations were exceeded. There were layers of mountains in view, layer of stars in the night sky, layers of color in the trees. We played airhockey when the sun went down and listened to the birds sing while we enjoyed mornings on the porch. Jodi was so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back. I miss it already.

Wonderful experience in this beautiful, peaceful cabin. We would rent it again! It was very clean, modern amenities, exactly as described, clear labeling throughout, thorough instructions, helpful owners, and all around relaxing visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin had everything that we needed, and the hosts made check in and out very simple. It was a peaceful and serene setting for our family getaway and a wonderful cabin to host family meals and games. We loved it, thank you!

The property is just as advertised. The cabin is in great condition and very well decorated. For 3 adults, it is quite roomy yet still offers a warm, inviting feeling. Given our circumstances for renting the cabin, we didn't actually spend much time there to enjoy the cabin itself. We did, however, spend as much time on the large, covered deck as we could. Even in 80+ degree weather, there was always a cooling breeze, birds chirping, and that view. Serenity at its finest. The main king bed is very comfortable but does run a little warm as foam topped beds usually do. The loft bed was reported to be firm, but still comfortable. My only advice to those considering this cabin is to put your early-risers or late-nighters on the main floor instead of the loft. Like most/all cabins, the floors creek and you can hear pretty much everything happening above you. That said, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It was a wonderful cabin with a great view and relatively close proximity to everything we hoped to do or see. Great communication with the owners before and even once during the visit. They're friendly, responsive and truly want their guests to feel at home and get the most from their visit. We did!

My family and I had one of the best vacations we've had in YEARS at Lily's Lookout. The cabin was terrific, very clean, homey, and perfect for our family of four. Lily's Lookout is the perfect mix of "out of the way" (ie, up in the mountains, not stacked on top of your neighbor, you have a good bit of your own space) while also conveniently located (only a 10 - 15 minute drive to grocery stores, dining, Blue Ridge, etc.). Although the cabin is semi-remote and not exactly RIGHT NEXT to some tourist destination, it is perfectly equidistant to so many great state parks, trails, hikes, waterfalls, rafting, etc. We couldn't have wished for a better launching spot for our daily adventures, nor a better one to return to at the end of the afternoon to rest, relax on the great wrap-around porch, and enjoy the view of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. The owners were incredibly communicative, emailing us their own personal guides and recommendations for the area before our trip, which allowed us to plan some of the things we wanted to see and do well in advance. Jodi was always super friendly and quick to respond. Long story short: We enjoyed every minute of our time there, and I would have no hesitation in renting Lily's Lookout again for a future getaway in the mountains.
