Facilities close to beach and other leisure activities.

Issue with front door not opening easily. We used back door to get in. Wasps in veranda came into property Air conditioning in main bedroom smells after prolonged use like sewerage Fans in kids bedroom touch and miss. In hot days it wasn’t extremely comfortable.

The clean and uncluttered ambiance of the house, along with being well appointed with things to make the stay enjoyable. I enjoyed having the privacy of the barbecue and out door sitting area. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge suite and bed.

Being a very small property, there was no room in the bedrooms for a wardrobe, and so only a few wall hooks on which to hang clothes. It did however have a chest of drawers to store clothes in.

Overall the place is clean and well furnished. Location is opposite beach and some great walking tracks that lead to beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise and sunset. We also saw a pod of dolphins. This is the second time we have stayed in Boat Harbour.

There is two sections to the house. Downstairs where we stayed is the two bedroom upstairs is a four bedroom that is leased separately. Our experience at this property was unfortunate in that it was let out to approximately ten twenty year olds who had no respect for neighbours and decided to party the whole weekend including a full night of music on our last night which was still going at 6:30am when we left. As the place is run by a real estate we couldn’t contact them as it was outside business hours.
