Great location and the house was terrific. We all enjoyed the wildlife too. We went for our Daughters graduation from USC. Having a golf cart was the ticket. Beach was wonderful. We didn't think we needed amenities but the guys wanted to play golf and because we didn't have the amenities package we couldn't golf or use the pool for the kids. Just keep in mind depending on your needs.

We really enjoyed our time here! The birds were absolutely amazing & someone was always enjoying the back porch. The house is set up very family friendly, kids did their thing & I did mine. It was a great vacation for all, I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart, it’s part of the fun!

My entire family was in love with every feature this trip had to offer. From the beautiful spacious home full of wonderful art and adventure, to the amazing wildlife all around the property and island including alligators, deer, birds, crabs, sand dollars, and so many more creatures. Being able to grab some local seafood 5min away on Harbor Island and cooking it outside (outside gas cooker and giant pot was provided) Cajun seafood boil style was one of our most favorite part of the trip. Having the game room for the children was excellent and provided an area for our family to spend quality time together and not worry about the hustle and bustle of a typical tourist beach town. We will definitely keep this place in our plans for next years family beach trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your spectacular home.

Our host was very courteous and helpful during our stay at this property! He let us know about all the best places to see spectacular views, dine, and for beach access on Fripp Island. He communicated regularly and was very accommodating for our group. I would like recommend this vacay home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The house was very beautifully decorated and I give it a 5/5 stars rating as it surpassed my expectations! Thank you!

Perfect 🤩 home

The pictures do not do this house justice! Absolutely beautiful! Fripp Island is a vacation paradise! Tony was incredible and personally called to answer all questions and give us tips and advice for first timers to the island. The house is very clean and the golf cart is perfect for trips to the beach. If you love nature this is the house for you! It’s like your own little animal sanctuary. Deer greet you at the front door every day and you can sit on the back porch and watch the birds. We highly recommend Seabird Sanctuary to anybody who is looking for a beach vacation. Fripp Island is a must see!

This has possibly become my favorite vacation spot of all time. Fripp is an incredible island... very private with quiet beaches and amazing wildlife for nature lovers. Tony's home had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with the beach a short distance away and easily accessible via golf cart (the best amenity offered, in my opinion). The kitchen was great for cooking every meal - we also used the king kooker and the grill with ease. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Resort amenity cards were not missed at all. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

A small group of moms needed a relaxing weekend getaway after a year of virtual school and quarantine... And thats what we received! The house was everything the description says and the owners were great. We had everything we needed!

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any question we had before and during the stay. The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our groups of 8.

I cant think of another place I would rather be with my family then right here. Every corner of this home was immaculate and enough space that each individual could have there private time without being far from a love one. The beautiful sounds of the ocean breeze from each room awakend us each day and allowed us to rest at night. We drove the golf cart around the secluded island while waving at some of the nicest people and gazing at the other beautiful beach homes. It was like taking a driving tour of HGTV. Smile. There are resturants before you cross the bridge or you can do as we did and cooked and sit down together as a family and eat at the 8 seated dining table while overlooking the waterviews that encompass the front and the rear of the home. From the first second we entered this home we were already planning our next stay. I'll end this review by just saying, Come.... Come to Pardise.

How can you explain the peace within when you feel your expectations have been met. I got exactly what I asked for and more, just short on time. The serenity, nature and time to reflect was everything we needed. We will definitely go back to experience more including the kindness of the owners. Thanks for everything.

This home was absolutely perfect for our long getaway weekend with our two young boys. The bird watching was incredible. From the screened in porch we watched a HUGE bald eagle nesting! Also enjoyed the egrets, osprey, pelicans, gators, deer, and so much more! The screened porch was definitely our favorite part where we also enjoyed a nighttime fire in the little fire pit provided. This house is beautifully decorated and well kept. We appreciated how clean it was and how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The golf cart allowed us to get all around the island within minutes. Tony was very accessible and attentive. We will be back for sure!

My husband I spent Not Enough Tine here for our 27 Anniversary!!! The pictures don’t do justice. We enjoyed the relaxing back porch, grilled out, and saw gators and a doe and big buck!! The kitchen really has everything you need for cooking and preparing ant meal!! It has a Keurig if you are coffee lovers!! The golf cart included was a big plus so no need to pay to rent one!! Tony and Karen really have thought of every amenity you could possibly need!!! Would definitely love to come back to stay at Tony and Karen’s place!!!

LOVED THE PROPERTY. THE OWNER WAS REAL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS. THE DEER CAME RIGHT UP TO THE HOUSE. IT WAS SAD NOT TO GET TO PLAY THAT VERY NICE GOLF COURSE. BUT WE WERE TOLD UP FRONT THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE. STILL HAD A GREAT TIME.
