Large comfortable house, 2min to the grocery store and 10min easy drive to either direction to Cayucos and Morro Rock. Can see the ocean from the second floor - which is beautiful to wake up to - and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Morro Strand beach. Only criticism would be that the home could use a deep clean (it was very dirty under the beds and couches) but the bathrooms, beds, sheets, kitchen, etc. were all clean and tidy. Overall great rental home for the price during the time we stayed. Property manager was communicative and quick to answer. I would recommend this space and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable living room and bedrooms with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is large enough for 4 adults to all be prepping and cooking. The backyard patio has a table and chairs. I appreciate there was no carpet due to our allergies and it was very clean inside. We had a fantastic family vacation with our grandkids!

Lovely walk to the beach.

The location is great 👍. Close to many activities, 101 hwy, Morro Rock views, hiking areas and more. The house is well kept with backyard for pets. Suggest the living room rug be replaced or through out due to pet use. There was a urine odor that I had to treat. Our visit was lovely 😍.

We made the very small BBQ work, but an upgrade would be nice as would a set of cheap steak knives. The remote for the light in the bedroom with the two beds should be repaired or taken off whatever program it’s set to that only allows you to use the light between certain hours.. The view of the ocean and Morro Rock from the western bedroom is amazing.

Good amount of space, clean, quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and close to downtown Morro Bay and Morro Rock and pet friendly.

This place had everything we needed, it was very well stocked, clean, and quiet. Short walk to the beach, short drive to food and fun.

Nice property in a nice neighborhood and Morrow Bay is a gem. The only thing that was strange was the property manager requiring a signed contract for the rental. It seemed odd given that the booking was via VRBO.

The cottage was clean and worked well for a beach cottage. The beach was within a 6 or 7 block walking distance of the beach. There is a safe crossing at a lighted cross walk to get to the beach side of the property. From the Master room there is some view of the ocean, but it is not really a view property, but is very close to the ocean. Very nice patio in the rear of the property for outdoor dining and sitting.

We had a wonderful time in Morro Bay and the surrounding area. The location was perfect and the house was exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again, and am already making plans. :) Great house!

The property was clean and we enjoyed having keyless entry. We hope to stay there again. It would of been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms.

The property was clean and ready when we arrived, but it was lacking in size and accommodations for a party of our size which was not the max occupancy. It was a good house but not great

Lived up to ads. Very clean. Close to beach. My granddaughters couldn't believe there was no dishwasher or garbage disposal. I was able to explain and show how to handle! We had fun and enjoyed our stay

My husband, daughter, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house is cuter inside than the pictures and the rental company was very helpful with adding an extra day to our stay. The location was a great central location to explore Pismo by dune buggy, the Madonna Inn ranch by horseback, Heart Castle, Cayucos (definitely eat at the Hidden Kitchen), and of course Morro Bay. We ate great seafood, saw otters and seals, and took our dog for long morning strolls. The summer weather in Morro Bay was exactly as I hoped it would be - a tad on the chilly side as a nice change from home.

This quaint little gem was perfect for my husband, our two exchange students (16 & 18) and me. Weather was perfect so the girls walked most every where and there was no need for a parent to worry either. The little neighborhood was quiet, safe and fairly close to the beach, fast food and convenience stores. The backyard was full of so many birds, especially hummingbirds. I could have sat and watched them the entire time. All basic amenities were provided as well. It was so nice to be able to wash clothes before we left so it won’t be so much when we get home. Beds were comfy and loved watching VCR movies and playing cards with my family. ☺️ The only thing I would suggest is buy a small pack of toilet paper because what they provided wasn’t enough for 3 females! 😆 We have family in SLO and will likely stay here again if available!
