brought our daughters and friends (all 16 yr olds) The space was perfect for 7 teen girls. Short walk to the beach, well stocked house. Property manager was so kind.

Please do not rent, lease anything from this human. His ethics and integrity are nule. His house is ok, but he sets you up so he can stay with the deposit. AC was not working, he lied to say we broke the termostat from the wall. Who in their sane mind wants to be hot! And invented so many incoherences. WARNING- DO NOT RENT from this person.

The listing says 4 bedroom but they are counting the living room as a bedroom. It truly is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 1 and a trundle day bed that can sleep 2 in the living room. We had several issues while staying that were fixed by the management except the plugs on the front porch didnt work and were not fixed during our stay. Everything else was dealt with and the house was clean and comfortable! The AC was stellar and the kitchen was big and open! Short walk to the beach!!!

House was nice… we were a family of 19… living room and kitchen was little smaller than expected… pictures made it look a little bigger… but my family is close so they didn’t mind. Rooms were nice… beds were comfortable. Master bath shower knob needs to be replaced along with kitchen facet… other than that house was nice and cozy, and plenty of space to park your vehicles…we had 7 vehicles. Very short walk to beach, less than 2 minutes away.

Family reunion
This house was so near the beach it was great. It was nice to be able to lock the gate at the top to keep little ones from roaming down to the driveway.

I need to let you know there is a leak in the upstairs bathroom and you can see it in the ceiling in the kitchen. Also walking into the main bathroom the floor is really soft and saggy. Wasn't sure if the cleaning people had reported it. I left a set of clothes in the drawers in the main closet I think. I know you aren't responsible but I could pay to have them sent to me. One more thing the water unit was very dirty when we changed the bottle out. There was a Pokémon card and a little child's car in the bottle. You may want to check the used bottle and the unit

Our first trip to Surfside
Nice big beach house in good condition. Well stocked kitchen, great deck, nice furniture. On a road near the bridge, sits about 5 rows back from the beach so it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to convenience stores and restaurants.

We used this location for a family reunion and all had a blast. Loved that we could just walk down to the beach and we spent a lot of time in the water.

Loved it. But…
I have stayed in the house next to this one by the same property owner! And we loved our stay last time as well!! Only bit was that in the listing it showed an extra blue pull out couch to sleep on and when entering the house the couch was not there. Kinda a bummer the person who was expecting that blue couch had to a slum it elsewhere.

4th of July Get Away
I was extremely pleased from the very first step I made into this home and each person that came with was also very please. Only downfall was never able to connect to WiFi and the main bedroom was the hottest room in the house. Other than that I look forward to the next time i'm blessed and able to rent here. Hopefully next time I can get closer to the beach, which was not far at all, however the heat can make things dreadful in Texas anyway.

The stay was pleasant…
The stay was pleasant… Ceiling in the kitchen started to leak while we were there. The upstairs bathroom sink stopped up as well while we were there. The owner was very responsive with our request. This was my very first experience with VRBO so I would say I was surprised that it’s a requirement to clean the kitchen when you have to pay cleaning fees. I would suggest that the cleaning fee be lowered if you require the renters to clean the property.
The kids enjoyed their stay which is what really mattered. I don’t see myself ever renting this property again but that’s due to my personal expectations.

Sandy Sanctuary
GREAT location. 17 people in our group. Never got crowded. Only sleeps 20 if every bed except for daybed and trundle has 2 people in them. Otherwise a great place for a getaway. Host was gracious and very helpful.
