Spouse and I spent a weather-shortened week at the house. Plenty of room, with rooms furnished in a functional and attractive manner. Room air conditioners worked quite nicely. TV with limited options, though there are two streaming sets available. Some fine touches needed…basement dehumidifier needed emptying daily, as the drain hose was non-functional. The filter was caked solid with dirt. Multiple utensils in kitchen drawers, yet several not clean…generally grease and grime noted. Master bathroom shower had grab bar, but something on tub floor to side in traction and decrease chance of fall would be a nice addition. Rental / leasing company organized, friendly, helpful, and easy working with them. Property location good for our needs, interests, and plans, though a bit of a trek to the Woods Hole ferry to MVY.

the house was immaculate, beautifully, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, glasses and utensils...ready for easy move in.

The house is convenient to Wellfleet and beaches. Kitchen is well-appointed, the porch was especially comfortable and the deck is very spacious. Shared bath for the two upstairs bedrooms. We were there during a hot spell and the window air conditioners were fine. One small note: There was apparently no recycling pick-up at the property so we had to drive to the recycling center at the end of our stay.

We have been going to Wellfleet since 1987. This house was perfect for our group; my wife and I, our adult daughter, and our 6 year old granddaughter who was "going" to school every morning. The house was nicely appointed with comfy beds and was well stocked to meet our needs. It is also located on the ocean side of route 6 so we were close to our favorite beach and pond. Even visiting during the pandemic, there was plenty to do in and around Wellfleet. We took out from our favorite restaurants and at the house and then there is always PB Boulangerie close by for great French pastries. A couple of notes; the listing doesn't indicate that there are beach chairs, a boogie board and a beach umbrella in the shed, so you can save yourself some packing. Also, if you are going to rent bikes and we are still under pandemic restrictions, bring your own helmet. Idle Times bike rental is not renting helmets as they usually do in more normal times. All in all, I would recommend this house and would stay here again for our next visit to Wellfleet.

We really enjoyed everything about the house, the location and the opportunities all around.
