Fantastic location on Lake Charlevoix for family vacation! Condo was beautiful and spacious, owners very friendly and helpful, location fantastic for beach, pool, fishing and we even rented a pontoon boat for the day! Definitely plan to stay there again next summer!

We were so happy with our time at Patty’s condo in Boyne City. Clean, up to date, wonderful views and close to town. And it was so easy to get in touch with Patty if we needed anything. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids. Overall, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. ♥️

My family and I (6 adults) stayed for a weekend ski-trip, and this condo was perfect! Very short and easy drive to Boyne Mtn Resort with garage space for all of our gear. The condo is walking distance to town where there are great restaurants. Perfect location for any season with great hosts. Highly recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our stay -- the condo was just as advertised, and we loved warming up in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. The views of the lake were incredible! A great spot for friends and families with kids looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Relaxing in Boyne City
From our first contact with Patty, we had a Wonderfull experience. Our rental was the perfect spot for family and friends. Totally updated condo with everything we needed. Super clean and a view to die for of the Lake. We would return in a minute. A perfect rental experience!!!!

Beautiful condo
We had a wonderful stay in Boyne City, where we have visited for several summers. The condo is beautiful. It’s the nicest one we have rented at the Landings. It was renovated recently and looks great. The owners are very nice and responsive. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Fantastic in every way!
This unit is immaculately clean and updated. Has everything you need. Patty was a wonderful host and timely with info and easy to work with. Lots of space to spread out for all 8 of us. Being lakeside was the priority, and having a pool in addition is just a great bonus. Close enough to walk to the farmers market and downtown. Highly recommend!

Never stay at a VRBO Except....
We have stayed at multiple VRBO's this year and its been a horrible experience. They have been in poor condition with the cleaning or paint pealing, doors not set to where there were large gaps to the outdoors and bugs coming in. One had significant ants. We even had one with mold. I will never stay at a VRBO again.
Except for this one. The owner provides clear communication. The interior is fabulous. The view is spectacular. This is what its suppose to be and the only VRBO I would ever stay at again if I were to be in Northern Michigan.

Spotless!
The condo was by far the cleanest rental we have ever rented. Makes you feel so good when you walk in and check it out knowing there it’s going to be a awesome weekend. The condo had everything and more than you needed. Not having to run out to the store ASAP to buy soap toilet paper and all the little things that you are needed, it was all supplied what a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows of different sizes. Plenty of room for the 6 of us . Thank you Patty for sharing your beautiful condo with us will definitely come back. Oh and the view is beautiful day and night.

Perfect Place
We couldn't have been more impressed with this condo!! It was perfect for two families. The kids had the upstairs/loft to themselves and the adults were downstairs having adult conversations. This is the first rental we have had where my husband and I didn't comment that they need more hooks for towels. Patty also left us with a fresh bag of ice and a howler of a local beer. Patty and her husband have truly thought of everything.

Had a great stay! Excellent communication with owners. Rental was nicely updated and fully equiped. The extra amenities made it feel like home, with soap in the bathrooms, sugar and coffee in the cabinet. Great stay!
