The property was was a nice getaway for my family to relax during the holidays. We really enjoyed my our stay and the house was large enough to accommodate us all. I would revisit in the future. The only feedback i have is maybe adding blinds or thin curtains on the bedroom doors. Other than that process was very simple

The house is beautiful. We loved the deck area. Kitchen is good sized for cooking and hanging out. Only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the couch cushions and bar stool cushions were stained. Overall good house would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a group of 10! The owners were very communicative and accommodating to our needs. There are a ton of turtles out front that are fun to watch. Quiet street. Just a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you to The Griffiths for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay, there was some cleaning that seemed to have been over looked in the bunk room and up stairs bathroom but other than that everything was great! The balcony had plenty of seating to relax in the evenings, and quick walk to the beach!

Great place for other family members to rent homes nearby, as there are a lot of rentals. Close to beach and Big Store. Nice house and worked well for 3 generations to make wonderful memories.

Perfect property for our two families and adult kids. The rest of our group were able to rent the house next door. Nice to have towels and linens provided so we didn't have to pack those along. Nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook. The ice maker upstairs was a game changer and a first that Ive run into in our yearly beach cabin rentals on Crystal Beach. Would definitely rent again.

This was our second year at this property and it was absolutely fantastic just as it was last year the house is perfect clean and close to the beach will be renting again next year

The house was perfect for our family. We were able to enjoy the beach and the house for a fabulous NYE weekend. The accommodations were as described or better. Easy location to get to and just a quick walk to the beach.

We loved it. 6 year old and 2 year old with grandparents all slept comfortably.

Nicely appointed home, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for my group of 8 adults. Doesn’t have a dining room table inside but we all fit around the large kitchen island for casual meals. Beach access is just a short walk away.

I can't say enough good things about this house! It was large, clean, and had the most well-stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I've ever seen. It was in easy walking distance to a very nice beach. We had small kids in our group who made the short walk several times. The beach was not crowded (we were there in the middle of the week). The hosts were very good communicators and made the whole process very easy. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place for your beach vacation!

We rented this for a family vacation around July 4 th and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house had tons of space for all the family including the grandbabies. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cooking utensils and pots and pans that we needed for all our meals. Space upstairs was great for my kids that had little ones so they were not distracted by the noise downstairs. It was very close to the beach and made it convenient to go back and forth on the golf carts we rented. We will absolutely look into renting this house again next year.

We had an excellent time! The deck was great for hanging out in the evening after the kids went to bed. The beds were comfy & our kids loved the bunks. The ice machine was SO handy! The owners were very responsive with any questions we had and even sent a friendly reminder about trash pickup. Location was great and our kids loved feeding the turtles in the canal every morning. The only complaints we had that made us not give it 5 stars were that there were only 3 bar stools and one was broken so it was tricky at meal times. The flies have been bad in TX this summer so we couldn’t eat outside. The other issue was that there were no curtains or blinds on the windows so it was too bright in the bedrooms which meant our kiddos were up at daylight. Otherwise, we would definitely rent again but might bring a folding table & chairs & something to cover the windows with.

This home is gorgeous!! I celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and this place was perfect. The bedrooms are comfortable and well decorated. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The kitchen is amazing and has most gadgets you use everyday! Our only issue in the kitchen was the oven. It’s Italian made and needs a small “how to” manual. The living room was comfortable and roomy and they have a great feature…. A small table with a recharging station on it. It was a charging dock with many Android and iPhone cords. My only big problem with this home was the stools around the island . They were really rickety. They need some work on the legs or to be replaced. I informed the owners so I hope they fix this. The deck outside is roomy and gorgeous. It was a great place for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Would definitely rent again!!

We rent in Crystal Beach every year and stay for 2-3 weeks. This house is the best one yet! I was worried before we arrived that the pictures were too good to be true. Everything is exactly as detailed in the listing. I couldn’t have been happier with the check in process! The owners were in communication with me regularly and answered any questions or concerns while we were there. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, absolutely zero issues during our stay. Some rentals require us to provide our all own linens or pay extra. This one was all inclusive which was nice because the sheets and bath towels provided were much nicer than a linen service. Another bonus was the gas stove in the kitchen. Although you have to google what the pictures mean because it is an Italian stove and there are no words even to know how to operate it. I’m sure it has something to do with the fact that it is probably propane instead of natural gas. But what a luxury at a beach house. Finally I will list a few cons because you have to hear both sides. The window coverings downstairs (including the bedrooms) provide a little privacy (which is great) but there is no stopping the sun from coming into the bedrooms in the mornings. When we are on vacation waking up at 6:30am is not for everyone. The only other problem we had was not having a dining table inside. It’s just too hot to eat outside in the summer when the sun is still shining bright and the only table is on the patio. Counter service was great for breakfast but not enough seats for everyone there either. There is plenty of room for a small table that could add 4 extra seats. Because we liked this house so much, we will plan to bring a card table with us next time we stay here. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for location was because it’s not front row to the beach. But, Again still won’t stop me from coming back. I’ve stayed on the front row but the house is not as nice as this one. So not everything is about location! You won’t be disappointed!

Definitely the most beautiful house and amazing location to the beach! The house fit our group of 9 adults perfectly. The only complaint we had was some pet hair on the sheets and some leftover sand on the floors/shower. Other than that everything was great! The house was well stocked with mostly everything you need for a few nights stay. Would definitely stay here again! Gig’em!

Property was good. However, we lost 2 days of our short vacation because of a scheduled electricity outage. It was supposed to be for 12 hours, but was over 30 hours. Cost us a lot more money, Restaurants we’re closed! We were not given much notice at all.

This house accommodated all adult couples to have their own room. It was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. Sheets. Towels. Kitchen utensils and appliances. Washer and dryer. Made for a perfect weekend getaway. Highly suggest staying here.

My family and I did not only enjoy the location of home from the beach, we also enjoyed the sparkling clean elegantly decorated home. We have been to a few home on the peninsula and we can admit that this is the best we've stayed in. We will definitely be back.

My family and a another couple came with us to this house for a weekend getaway! Highly recommend. Easy contact less check in and out process. Place super clean and modern. A stones throw to the beach.

This is one of the best beach houses we have rented in the 12 years of renting beach houses.This house is beautifully renovated. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances (you may have to google the oven settings). Comfortable beds with nice linens. Great layout! We will definitely be staying there again!

Location, house layout and amenities were all great. Was a great way to ring in the new year.
