I don't feel safe in the apartment. The safety lock in the kitchen windows are broken. The window glass in the bathroom is broken. You could hear the tenats/guest walking upstair. The house is situated on the main road and you could hear the traffic throughout the night. Otherwise the place is clean, kitchen utensils are provided.

This was my first time booking a BnB and I was so pleasantly surprised everything we needed was there and everything was so clean and beautiful. The manager was very helpful and we totally enjoyed our stay we have recommended this rental to others and we may be booking again in the future.

At the time of booking was looking for someplace affordable to breeze through with a buddy. This didn't meet the expectations of cleanliness, location, amenity, or general experience. The place is not particularly clean, not particularly well located, and not particularly well run.

Bring your own coffee, and soap and extra towels and you will be all set!

I had decided last year that I needed to go to the Pocono Mtns for the future 4th of July holiday to escape all the fireworks that were going on in my neighborhood. My dog gets so anxious that she paces back and forth and barks at every single boom boom sound. Well I reached out to James to ask him if there was any fireworks around the area and he said no, not on his property. Wouldn’t you know that there was fireworks at a property directly across the street which sounded like it was going off literally right outside the windows. It didn’t stop until past 1:00 am!!!! Needless to say we didn’t have a great night of sleep. The apartment is in a house with many tenants so you constantly hear the ceiling creaking every time the people upstairs walked. It’s an old house and I noticed there was many window locks broken. I didn’t feel safe sleeping on the ground floor with the windows not being able to lock. I didn’t know what was going on in the bathroom window…. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced and have a plastic liner. There was only the fabric curtain and it would get wet with people’s dirty body water which overtime left the curtain having a horrible foul stench in the bathroom…..The house is located on a busy street so it’s very loud. So if you are looking for a quiet escape this place isn’t for you.

The apartment is clean, and comfortable. Located within close distance of many things to see and do. My only complaint is that the owner said we had broken a chair. Not true at all. I didn't appreciate the accusation. We had Pets and had to pay extra, for a possible dog stain on a carpet. I had already paid a pet fee and other fees. This didn't seem fair, being that I was told of it after leaving. We checked for anything..but didn't see anything wrong. Else, its a nice little place. No complaints. I would suggest that some good chairs outside and a BBQ be provided to guests. That would be very much appreciated. We had a good experience overall, and enjoyed our visit.

Not a huge property but it suited my needs just fine. A full kitchen and a great location made this a perfect spot.

James' cozy apartment in East Stroudsberg was perfect for us. We hiked and visited with family during the day. The kitchen was well stocked so we mostly cooked our own meals after a day out hiking or visiting. Supermarket and restaurants are close by. The space was very nice with great TV setup in living room for evening relaxing after a long day of activities. We would definitely stay again!

It’s very cute inside. Noisy as very close to the street & it’s easy to hear the tenants in the adjoining units. Outside porch light was out & getting into the place in the dark was somewhat difficult as the keypad wasn’t apparent. The plug in air freshener was overwhelming.

My daughter and I had a fabulous time. It would’ve been plenty of room for four people. We even cooked a few meals and everything we needed was there.

We walked in and the place was very clean and smelled great. Perfect for one or two people. Good location for hiking the deleware water gap.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Close to everything and quiet at night even though it was right on main road. Needs a little TLC with fixing some things but we have stayed in a lot of VRBOS and this was the smallest but the most well equipped. We would definitely stay here again

Dirty ceiling fans so couldn’t use them, Only 3 bath towels, 1 washcloth for 2 guests for 2 nights. Pillows on bed- only 2 flat ones. Floors felt they were not swept, lots of dirt.

I stayed 6 nights while in the Delware Water Gap region for a big family reunion and visit to our family homestead that is now owned by the park service. I felt right at home in this one bedroom. Had everything I needed for the times I was there for a meal. I did move the dining table into the living room so I could eat and watch TV at the same time and to be cooler while at the table on my laptop or working on a project. Would stay again. Good for 1 or 2 people.

Pricing , quick , good location

This was a good little spot for me, two friends, and a large dog to stay at. Everything was clean and put together well. Small but it’s what you should expect from a one bedroom apartment. It’s in a very nice location, many things to do, stores, and places to eat in a relatively short driving distance.

This unit was location-perfect for us, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a nicely updated bathroom. Don't hesitate to stay here.

This little apartment was perfect. It was incredibly clean and provided parking for 2 vehicles. Well decorated with fun accents and all brand new sleeper couches and appliances, we were super comfortable there. It’s in walking distance of a couple pizza joints, a deli/bagel place, Asian food, fresh fish, a Big Lots and grocery store so you really could show up empty handed and get what you need upon arrival. It’s right on a main road so it was easy to find and is pet friendly which was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. While the whole spot was completely updated, the original wood floors and charming built ins made for an eclectic, fun spot. I’d 100% stay again. (K-cups coffee maker only:)

Easy access and has everything you need. 10 minutes from Shawnee Mountain.

The place was close to hiking trails and good food. Perfect place tp relax after hiking in the mountains all day. Definitely would come back.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Had all satellite tv with Netflix and Hulu. The place was close to everything , the crossings, hiking, Delaware River. Was a little closer to the main road than I would have liked but other than that it was nice.
