What a gem! Unbelievably clean, organised, attention to detail with the nicest hosts you could wish to meet. The house has an interesting history too. Will definitely be coming back to play Carnoustie but won’t stop at the club house will be staying here!

Location and sea view were good, room was very spacious and lovely and cosy. Also walking distance to restaurants. Host very helpful and pleasant.

Everything! Warm welcome from Lisa as soon as we arrived. Lovely top floor room with fab views of Carnoustie, golf course & the sea. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return & highly recommend & like others,wish we had booked for a longer stay. Thankyou Lisa 🙂

This place is WOW. You drive up the circular path and see this beautiful house. Lisa was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us our room. WOW it was beautiful with views to garden, sea and overlooked village.
Walking distance to pubs and restaurants.
Beautiful tree lined streets.
The bed was the comfiest we have slept on, the linen was so soft and towels fluffy. All important to me and says alot about the caring host and the experience she wants to give to people staying.
Breakfast is a bonus.
We only had one night but wished we could stay longer.
It was the best stay!

Breakfast was lovely, full Scottish with toast, jam, tea, fruit etc.. Lisa was wonderful, responsive via text and went above and beyond to meet my needs!

And i liked the way that your breakfast can be ordered the night before with a time to choose from, so that it was ready as soon as you get up . ,

The property is in a wonderful location with a view of the city, golf course and water view. It has magnificent trees and is extremely clean. The home is managed by the owners that are great people! They are accommodating, friendly and go the extra mile for you. It was the confort of home offering relaxing times. A must visit!

The host was Friendly , greeting us on arrival, shown to our room even fetching fresh tea and coffee up to our room after a long drive,and went through everything about the room and the area. everything was spotless with a really comfy bed ,Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, we had the cooked breakfast.

Such a lovely friendly host, nothing too much trouble, the whole place was super clean, room spacious and had everything you'd need either in it or available, breakfast excellent - good quality ingredients and a decent selection (from fresh fruit to full English and plenty in between). We would highly recommend.

This was a surprise with exceptional service, fabulous breakfast and happy hostess! I am trying to consider how to get a family group here! This is a delightful spot for golfing or for sightseeing such as Glamis Castle and regional golf history! Everything was brilliant, including the weather.

Wow exceptional house,lisa was a fantastic host nothing was to much trouble ,lisa gave us extra towels to dry hubby's golf clubs which was greatly appreciated, our room was magnificent couldn't fault a thing pure perfection all round,lisa also gave us recommendations for dinner too plenty of places to eat within walking distance breakfast was fantastic also ,you won't be disappointed we will definitely be back.

Views from the house where amazing. Friendly staff, Lisa couldn't do enough for us. Cracking night out and meal at local indian , would go back in a second.
