We had a very nice time. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and overall clean. The outside was quite dusty. The heated pool and hot tub were well used. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be I don’t know if we would have used it as much in the summer. We did not use the community pool it was too cold and the one time we tried to use the pickle ball courts they were all in use. Check in was a little difficult as NONE of the codes emailed to me were correct so I had to call to get the correct code for the front door and the pool cover, but it didn’t take too long. Overall i would recommend this vacation home. It was roomy and comfortable.

Great set up to keep everyone busy and happy. Great room set up for different situations, and enough to do at the home without going anywhere. If you like to golf or ride bikes it’s location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Property was new, clean and accommodated our family nicely. Convenient location close to Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre. We drove 45 mins to to do the Kanarra Falls hike with many grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. My biggest complaint was no BBQ grill as pictured and stated in picture. Last review before us even stated that and I reached out to the host concerning this as well as having a full propane tank. They assured me it would be checked. After driving many hours and thinking we could BBQ we were unable to and was not delivered in the 2 hour time frame as promised. He did show up eventually at 9pm clearly after dinner time and the bottom was missing. If you are gonna BBQ all your drippings will end up all over the concrete slab. Air filters and vents were filthy. Pool could have been vacuumed and patio hosed off since it was very dusty. Other than that, the place has ample space. The pool is tiny with automated cover. Hot tub panel is inside the home. All codes provided worked unlike some previous reviews. Traditional coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, bbq accessories, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Paper towels provided. Ping pong table and pool accessories are in the garage but if you want to play pickle ball you’ll need to bring your own paddles and ball. Duplex close to community pool, pickle ball courts and club room with pool table. This community is pretty much all rentals and is a popular destination. Beautiful Mountain View’s for now.

My only complaint would be the lack of documentation on how to turn on the heat for the pool and hot tub as well as the lights and waterfall for the pool. I had to call the rental company for instructions. The listing stated there was a grill outside, but I did not see one.

This was our second time at this property and it was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were just the right temp. (the code given for the pool cover was not correct, but I lucked out on guessing the correct one.) We will definitely stay here again.

After driving 5 hrs. in ~ 100 degree heat we arrived only to find the code provided to open the pool cover was wrong. As can be imagined, there was disappointment in our party of 12. I immediately called the office but because it was after hrs. the answering service said they could not do anything. I was promised a call back the next morning; it never came so I called and got the correct code. Given I paid close to $600 a night with taxes and fees, I wanted to discuss a partial refund. I never got a call back even after calling twice more a couple days apart. 6 days later, still no response. The house was large, conveniently located and very clean with the only negative being that 1⁄2 the vertical blind slats were missing in the upstairs family room resulting in a significant glare on the TV. I understand accidents happen, but the total lack of responsiveness resulted in a poor customer experience that could have very easily been avoided.

The property was perfect for a big group of all ages. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool and hot tub topped it off. Great location! Convenient for hiking and biking, close to a grocery store, all things in St. George, and a hop away from Mesquite. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect, the bedroom and bathroom set up worked excellent for my family. The pool was amazing for a nice little get a way were we could relax yet the kids could play were we could keep a close eye on them. We will defiantly be staying in this unit again in the future.

Wonderful location and a great choice to have a private pool! A few minor spots left unclean and help with pool issue was never addressed but overall a great experience.

We had a great time at Ocotilla Resort in #31. This place is beautiful, with lots of extras and we loved the private pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It was located close to a grocery store, eating places and fun activities close by. There are enough activities at the resort, that you don't need to leave. However, we were able to go to the Anasazi Petroglyphs, which made for a fun activity. We will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

Personal small pool and hot tub right out back porch or you can walk across the street to the large pool and clubhouse. Great location close to Harmons and some food chains, but far enough away from the busy of St. George. We all loved it and will be back!

We loved our stay at this property. Usually when a listing says heated pool it still is very cold. Not here. The pool was warm and my kids and grandson spent lots of hours there. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We stayed up playing games on the large kitchen table! My only complaint was that the area around the pool and in the front yard had trash around it. I know it had been windy so maybe that was the problem. It was bothering me so I cleaned it up. Other then that we would recommend this place to anyone.
