Brad's house is a very nice, large home. Enough room for a large family or several families. The house is within walking distance of downtown New Buffalo and is also a short drive to a very nice public beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the kids loved it. The water in the pool was nicely heated and we spent a lot of time swimming. Unfortunately there were no pool towels and we had to go out and purchase some, even tho the listing said pool towels were provided. There is a nice gas grill on the deck that we used, however some of the dishes, forks, knives, and pots were not very clean and had to be washed before using them. The bedrooms are nice with two large suites that worked well for our children and grandchildren. Both of the suites had large bathrooms and tubs. There are also two washers and dryers which were very helpful for keeping everything clean, especially with the small children. Brad is a very nice host!

The week my family and I spent at this house was wonderful! The house if very spacious and well appointed. There were lots of towels and sheets, comforters, and pillows for all. The beds were comfy and large. There were even very large, colorful pool towels. The pool was great! My four grandsons spent morning to night in it. The automatic cover made it so easy for us to open and close. The hot tub was also another favorite. It was big enough for all of us to be in it at once, if we wanted to. There was also a big fire pit in the backyard with lots of chairs and a safety grate, so at the end of the night, we didn’t have to worry about the fire. We had many yummy smores there! The house is really well located. It was very easy to get off the highway and be there in moments. There’s a big Meijer not far, but a lovely town grocery store too. The public beach is very nice, big, and well maintained and close by. There are many great places to eat nearby. We frequented Oinks three times during our stay – delicious! Also, the Beer Church was fun with incredible food – could highly recommend. Brad was a wonderful host. He checked in with us frequently and made it even easier by texting. Getting into the house was easy with the code which Brad provided. He is rightfully proud of his home and we were welcomed and felt at home there.

We really enjoyed our stay with extended family at this location. Brad was extremely attentive and available for any questions or concerns. Great pool and Hot tub. Easy to get to and spacious rooms and backyard. Close to New Buffalo town and attractions so would highly recommend.

Brad’s house is great! Large home with plenty of space for hanging out! Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening! The home is well stocked with dishes, pans and towels/bedding! We would definitely recommend this house!

Enjoyed a few days with extended family. Too cool to use the pool but played games and enjoyed drinks on the pool deck. House was spacious and comfortable. Lots to do in the area. Host was very responsive to needs!

We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub daily. The public beach was also a treat. Great for me and my grown kiddo’s.

This is a stunning home - extremely large and welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or have privacy. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are lavish. The pool is extraordinary- well cared for, clean, perfect temperature. The hot tub fits 7 for relaxing together. There is outdoor furniture throughout the yard - no need to carry chairs from place to place. The fire pit provides a great place for conversation and s’mores! All in all this is a heavenly spot for a wonderful vacation!

Brad was so kind and welcoming for our stay at his home. We fully enjoyed the heated pool with a sun deck that was perfect for my 3 year old. The hot tub was also great for adults. Just a short drive from downtown it was a really nice visit and we hope to be back.

The property owner was exceptional in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and helpfulness. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, soap and even shampoo. There was lots of room and lovely furniture. The pool and hot tub were great. The property was conveniently located. We had no problems at all and plan to come back !

We rented this beautiful house for a week and had a great time! The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was FANTASTIC. Close to downtown and the beach, but quiet and secluded on a dead end road so was very private for relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the town. New Buffalo had a lot to offer as far as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again. Brad and his family were great hosts. Very attentive to our needs and easy to get ahold of.

We enjoyed our time exploring New Buffalo - great location in a nice neighborhood for a walk or a bike ride. Very close to a school with a big playground… if you can get the kids out of the pool! The home is perfect for a large family. Brad is very attentive and checked in on us frequently. A very happy vacation!

The house is large and spacious. The two main bedrooms are HUGE with fantastic en suite bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard and counter space. The best part of the property (for us) was the pool and hot tub. Both are in excellent condition and our kids had a blast in both. The owner, Brad, is very responsive and is simply a great person. It was a pleasure to meet him and we’d rent from him again without a moment of hesitation.

This is a new listing. We were the first guests. The pool was supposed to be installed by June 1. Our stay started July 4, and the pool had just been completed. Forms were still around the edges that the contractors removed mid-week. This delay was not the owner's fault, as all services and contractors are backed up due to COVID. Little things were missing, like extra toilet paper. The owner checked on us daily, was pleasant and responsive to our needs and requests. The home is spacious, including the bedrooms and bathrooms as described. There were 6 of us, and it would easily accommodate 12 with the sofa beds, etc. We would probably stay again when all of the landscaping around the pool is completed.

This very large house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was super clean. The owner was available and helpful. We enjoyed dining outside and using the grill. It had everything we needed. We will stay there again.
