We ended up Sheltering in Place here for 18 days. It is very roomy with a huge deck. Nothing much to see but other be buildings, but it's outside. The kitchen is pretty well set up, the bed and furniture are comfortable. A human at the desk would be nice. Stay Alfred is a "New Concept" in lodging. Read fewer employees. Due to covid 19 it took a while to get a response to my texts, and phone hold times were long. Perhaps more employees would be of use here. The people I did talk to were working from home I think. All and all, this is a very comfortable place. There is a Rouses grocery and CVS 5 minutes walk.

Stay Alfred was very good. the photos of common area made it look like it was part of the apartment. But it was very nice.

This penthouse was a perfect getaway for our 25th aniversary. First time in New Orleans, we loved how the location was just outside the French Quarter, yet within reach of so much. We walked to amazing restaurants, multiple trolleys the French Quarter and yet were able to leave it all behind when returning to our penthouse. The place was exactly as described. Lots of furniture for lounging, comfortable bed, coffee pot so we could enjoy a fresh cup of coffee without having to leave our place in the morning. Very clear easy instructions for checking in, daily entrances and checking out. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a spacious, classy place to stay just outside the hustle bustle of Bourbon Street. Look forward to returning someday!

I loved the size of the penthouse, the wrap around balcony was beautiful and made for wonderful mornings. The in unit laundry made for light work. Ample closets, the big mirrors in the living room and bedroom made it easy to get dressed and go. The kitchen had everything you needed to reheat a meal. The half bath by the door was wonderful when coming back from day trips. I plan to stay here again!

Great place. We will be back. Wish we could buy it.
