Great place to stay. Owner is easy to work with.

This was our 4th time down to Little Harbor. The area/community is a dream, there is so much to do for a family, the restaurants are amazing food, the pools are good and the property is beautiful. We have stayed in a few other rentals and that can make a difference. This rental was nice/newer, clean, and away from traffic. The only drawback was the furniture. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and both beds in each room were unbearable. I would highly recommend to the owners to replace them, as this will definitely impact my stay again. Everyone in my family was waking up sore and did not get much restful sleep due to the beds being so unbearable. Otherwise, the place was nice, I just would not stay again because of the furniture.

The place was really beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. We could’ve used an extra Pod for the dishes lol. The Internet was not very good. Wi-Fi was very slow and it took me almost an hour to get in because I couldn’t open up your email. everything else was cut. We made sure everything was swept and mopped as best as we can do, and even washed all the towels for you.

Hello. I stated I was bringing a dog who is a therapy dog in training. I asked how much it would cost for me to bring him. I said I would pay for his stay. I got a response saying no cost because of him being a therapy dog. I stated he was I. Training and not fully a service dog yet I did not get a response. Now I am being told the dog was unauthorized. That is just wrong and I got billed for an unauthorized dog. This is not true I asked twice for the cost. If they cannot get this straightened out I will not book there again as I asked for the overall cost never got it I am being charged for washing comforters. Does this mean they do not wash them? Gross!!!!! Good to know comforts do not get washed!

The property exceeded our expectations and was very clean. It had large rooms that easily accommodated our family of five. The owner was easy to deal with and very quick in their responses to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived on February 1and followed the directions for entry that had been emailed to us. We tried for quite awhile, but we couldn’t unlock the door. Very frustrating. We called the emergency numbers that were also emailed, but didn’t get an immediate response. Thankfully the wonderful condo owner was nearby and was able to help. The door code that was emailed was incorrect!

The townhome was very clean and comfortable. Loved the views from the 4 balconies. I would highly recommend it and in the future I will stay here again.

This condo is as it appears in the photos with quite a bit of room to spread out. I would like to address some of the negative reviews I saw before renting this condo. There were a couple that complained of the unit not being clean when they arrived. It was spotless when we arrived. There was another review complaining about stairs! Yes, there are 2 full sets of stairs in this condo so if you have mobility issues this wouldn't be an ideal situation. We have no problems with stairs. There was another review complaining about the unit looking like an IKEA catalog. Yes, this place is completely furnished from IKEA. Again, we have no problem with this. We aren't living here, only staying for a week long vacation. Who cares if it is furnished from IKEA? The furniture was new and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestions to the owner are supplying the unit with more towels. It was only myself and my husband so we were able to round up enough towels for the week. If you have more people staying here, you may want to plan on doing some laundry. The other thing they need to provide is a Welcome Book. All of the other homes/condos we have rented always has a 3 ring binder filled with info about the area . . . where grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, attractions are located. We would have loved to have a map of the property. We ended up stopping at the guardhouse to find the locations of the trash dumpsters and the pools. Overall, we had a good time staying here. The back of condo looks out over the mangroves. We had our granddaughters spend the night for a "slumber party" and went to the pool the next day. We drove down to Anna Maria Island another day, it's about a 40 minute drive. I highly recommend this beach. Much less crowded than the more popular Clearwater Beach. We went to dinner at the Sunset Grille with family. The thickest crab cakes I've ever had!

I loved the kitchen, & master shower. The double stairs were way too much for me/someone not used to doing stairs multiple times daily. & The sheets had hair & dirt on 2 of the beds as well as unpleasant stains to see/sleep on. Other than the stairs & sheets it was great.

The townhouse was just wonderful! The photographs do not do the place justice, it is so much better than the images. The beach was just okay, the pool was wonderful. However, please add a map of the pool location that would be great. The townhouse itself is just amazing! Would stay here again.

I had a very good week at this location! It was very accommadating. The home was exactly as the pictures. As a first time vrbo user, I was nervous to try it, but I will definetely do this again! Me and my kids felt like we were right at home.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great but we did struggle to find the control for the air conditioner. Would maybe help others if it was labeled or a note was left. We would definitely stay there again!

This townhouse was clean and adorable! Great location, the entire community was kept up well & lots of amenities! We got to see dolphins daily by Hooks tiki bar. Would definitely rent here again in a heartbeat, Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location and amenities were great. The furniture was comfy and the place provided everything needed. The only negative was the floor and bed sheets were dirty upon arrival.

Little Harbor was the perfect place for our family to have a relaxing getaway. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with everything about the place and the area. We will be back again.

Great place to stay! Clean, off the beaten path, quiet, little resort. For our family the property was perfect. There are 2 restaurants that are good, the pool is okay, a little marina that has fishing charters, and friendly people all around. Would recommend this property!

Very clean , modern condo . Great communication and nice to have a private beach on the property.

Floors were so filthy; it took three washings by me to get them clean. Used dishes in cabinets, stale chips in bowls. Broken dishwasher. On 3/12 we returned to find a note on our door from a 3rd party dishwasher repair man. He was sent out and we were not notified, no one from management there to let him in. He left his phone # to call at 941-302-5786 (Jesus), he apologized and rescheduled for 10:30am on 3/13. At 12:30pm I called him to see if he was backed up? He told me that the office (Barbara) had canceled him. There was NO CONTACT TO ME OF THIS CHANGE. An email was sent to me on 3/14 at 10:28pm stating that Home Depot would be delivering a new dishwasher on 3/15 between 7am and 11am. I waited until about 2pm, called Maintenace (Barbara), she insisted that the dishwasher WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. I told her there was no dishwasher delivered here, to come and see for themselves please. She called back at about 3pm, said the dishwasher would not be delivered until Saturday 3/19. No apology, no explanation at all?? I called the property manager, requested he come out and talk to us. No response at all. We packed up and left early. WE WILL NEVER USE VERBO AGAIN. No one should ever be treated the way we were.

Great time for everyone ranging in age from 26 to 86. Perfect spot for family gatherings. Love all the balconies and views. Hope to return next year

Spacious, with lovely views. We were able to take advantage of sunsets and rocket launches while eating at the restaurant within walking distance. It was convenient to Tampa and the Sarasota beaches.

PLEASE NOTE that this property owner might communicate with you from "Orlando Info" or "itrips" or "Premier Resorts" and will NOT communicate with you through the VRBO portal. This affected my check-in in a difficult way. Otherwise . . . it's a great unit, very well maintained, and close to everything you want.

Very clean, modern decor. Comfy beds & soft comforters. Close to beach & marina. Thin walls- could hear neighbors music, talking, kids running in house.

Beautiful area, great furniture, good decor, and plenty of kitchen appliances. The neighbors are quiet and zero complaints. It’s a beautiful condo!

We left this place EARLY----Sunday morning - we were supposed to stay until Wednesday. Imagine our surprise when we called the number indicated in the unit to say we were leaving early and the woman said she was being misrepresented---her company sold the unit in 2020!! Is this a scam?? We checked in Friday evening, and found a dirty, stained couch that was VERY uncomfortable and a more uncomfortable bed upstairs. It's basically an ikea hell hole. The shower was not clean and had public hair in it. Disgusting!!The info within the unit does not give true info at all on who to reach out to. There is a booklet that belonged to "Vacations At Little Harbor". Again,. they do not own the place. Feels like a scam to me.VRBO and/or itrip should do the right thing and provide a refund for this disaster.
