comfortable, up-to-date, properly appointed, close to the ski resort, I had good interactions with the staff.

I would not remove a star because I would not want to deng the owner for this one, probably not their fault, but finding this property among all the others was difficult. And the building in general is not well numbered and it is not clear at first how to locate the correct unit. But the staff was great helping me locate. Also, the refrigerator door opens the wrong direction. For 50 bucks a handyman will switch that around and it would be totally worth it. Minor stuff maybe that little things can make a difference. Again, I would not remove a scar based on either of these.

ceiling fans nee attention, master bedroom shower needs a shower curtain. window pains need to be cleaned.

flights of steps. directions to get there was like a maze. there was no gate to put a code in. when you have luggage you dont want to climb steps. when you ask for specific things you expect that. it was not.

no Maintenace on site. hours on hold no manager to talk to. you are paying for a cleaning service on top of the stay as well. you can be in charge of your thermostat. i was cold. issue with lock box

The unit is extremely outdated. The appliances are very very old. The iron went through one of our dress shirts, and some of the kitchen supplies were dirty and haphazard.

The entire property grounds needs a complete renovation. Hope the Fire Marshall does not inspect.

The pool, jacuzzi and other amenities were nice.

The condo buildings are hard to access and clunky in design. Our unit desperately needs to be updated.

Great location, the hotel room was really nice.

The room had baseboard heating. It has a thermostat in the living room that appeared to work for the entire house. However, when it was 62 degrees in my room at 4a.m, I quickly learned that the thermostat only worked for one heater. Each room had their own individual heater. The owners should leave some directions on how to work the heaters and how to get the TV to work. I couldn’t get the tv to work the entire time.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Upon arrival, the Gate code, I received by email to enter the property, was wrong. The OLD 80s style decor has never been upgraded, busted rotten rocker, had to throw a sheet over the torn aged couch to sit on it, stained pillows, 'old VCR' tapes just piled up with no VCR, 7 remotes in a drawer that go to nothing, stove not working well, fire extinguisher last inspected in 2007 (safety hazard) and much more!! It is obvious the property is NOT kept up. The whirlpool jets and change machine didn't work! I was over charged Double price those two days with a cleaning fee $126 added!!! Really?! I feel 100% ripped off!! I wish I could add the other pictures.

Location. Indoor pool with arcade games. Liked walking around the property. Playground was a bonus for sure. And dog park! It was a beautiful location.

Unfortunately, we arrived in the evening at dark and found the property very difficult to navigate. So many stairs. We were able to find a way to the room that didn't involve stairs the next day, which was good. There was one family member that was going to come and decided at the last minute not to and I'm so glad. He would not have been able to do the stairs or walk that distance from parking. Needed more throw-type blankets. There were no instructions on if we were to take the garbage out and where. No instructions on how to leave the room, whether dishwasher needed to be running or empty, beds stripped? And no keurig coffee machine😔

Great location. It was clean. View is gorgeous.

Photo on listing is misleading. Decor, furniture, and appliances were extremely dated. Holes in couch. rusty nails sticking out of rocking chairs in balcony. Linens for fold out couch were stained and gross. Condo had a stale smell.

Had a set of 9 steep, wooden steps to climb after being assured (when booking) we were 1st floor.

TV in the living room wasn't working. No air conditioner.

I booked the above property but that is not the unit we were given. Ours was on 3rd floor and no elevator. We could not stay there. We had small grandkids with us and my husband has health issues that prevent him from climbing stairs like that. We had a difficult time finding alternative accommodations. So with groceries in the car and two small grand kids we were finally able to get into a room over 4 hours later.

Views were awesome. Easy to get to area skiing, eats, shops. Would ask for ground floor next time.

Wall heaters noisy. No central heat. Didn't like climbing stairs to 3rd floor unit with all our luggage. No elevators. Older furniture. Fireplace didn't vent out smoke. Was very windy out and vents made alot of noise. Security gate code would never work, security guard was NOT friendly or nice.
