Schlafzimmer etwas dunkel.

Very comfortable beds including sofa bed. Lovely comfy pillows and as I have a bad neck am fussy about pillows. Nice view of garden. Very clean everything you need provided. Well organised use of space. Nice decor. Just opposite boats on the water. Tram stop just outside takes you into Porto. Also bus across the road. A restaurant downstairs and some nice little cafes just outside building. Nice beach a short walk. Lovely area.

Initially not happy with the view as for a special occasion but Paula was excellent changed our apartment the next day. Also helped with a practical issue.

The location of the apartement was excellent, convenient for both the beach and the old town of Porto. Paula, our host was brilliant. Everything ran smoothly and she emailed us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She also arranged airport transfer for us. Will definitely be back.

Host was super easy to communicate with. Rooms were super clean. Would recommend this accommodation to any one.

Nice small apartment facing the douro. Quiet during the week,quite loud till late at night on weekends (maybe 12pm,then quiet). We found it ok,but the "luxury" part was missing (maybe comparatively to other apartments in Porto?). The beach close by at highest level of tide was still smelly and not tempting to swimming for us but ok for the kids to play. There are others further away which might be better. The apartment was very clean thanks to the very friendly lady who did the room services, and had all it needed,but really counted to the last detail: 4 forks,4 spoons,etc, so we had to wash stuff regularly as machine was not full (and ONE tab available), to add a bit of extra cutlery etc would add the luxury of not washing stuff manually. The sofa bed which we used was ok but really not luxury either. Maybe that was also the point: for 4 people the apartment was rather cramped,I guess with two it would be much better. Paula,the manager/owner,was really friendly and helpful for everything, even though we had some technical communication problems.

Our stay at Vila na Praia Foz was fantastic! Paula the host was extremely helpful with all of the information, storing of cases and booking of taxis. The apartment itself is very pretty and in a great location. There were lovely restaurants right by the apartment, an amazing sea view and the location was perfect for getting into Porto centre. We didn’t want to leave!

Attention to more details, such as providing coffee tea, soap and napkins.

- The management (Paula) and cleaning staff (Anna) are super friendly, proactive and efficient. thank you for making our stay so pleasant ! - The apartment itself is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. - Location is outside the city and that is exactly what we wanted for our stay. - The attention to detail and pillows menu is a big plus - We loved our stay overall, it was the second time we stay here and probably will be staying there on our trip.

- The mattress was not comfortable though the availability of pillow menu is a big help - The shower leaks water though the door in some apartments (not all) - The drain smells in the bathroom, but it can be avoided by keeping the bathroom door closed ..

The position - best part of Porto. Amazing restaurants close by.

Outside area needs more furniture. Better (softer) pillows!

Great place to stay,accommodation done to a very high standard. tram right outside to hit city. Great local bars to drink and eat. Paula the host was most helpful,and even arranged a later check out and transfer to the airport,and Ana the cleaner was luvly. Would certainly stay again.
