We had a great stay in Rincón with our 2 kids. They felt comfortable in their own room with 2 twin beds, and the primary suite was great for my husband and me.

When we entered, all the patio furniture was stacked in the middle of the living room, and when we moved it outside, there were many dead bugs and other debris that needed sweeping. Other than that, the place was very clean!

Location - private beach. Quiet - not near bars. Parking - right in front. Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequately if not "matched set" stocked. Area was very safe and unit easy to get to.

The only bathroom is thru one of the bedrooms (not a hall bath) - not comfortable for two couples. The building is "beach front" as advertised but Reef 2 over looks a road not the beach. There is no hammock hook-up outside Reef 2. Staff did not respond to question regarding hammock availability for Reef 2. Staff did not respond to request for batteries for air-conditioners (had to share one remote for both bedrooms - inconvenient in middle of the night although we were already bothering each other to use the restroom)
