This was an excellent place for our family to stay for the week. It was clean and had lots of activities for our kids.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 6 friends! Location can’t be beat and house had plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely look to book again for our next trip to Carolina Beach!

The property was clean and the pictures and reviews were accurate. Spacious enough for my toddler to run around. We had trouble fitting the bedsheets but made do with the flat sheet. Lots of beach gear and easy check in and check out instructions!

Lovely home. Our family had a wonderful time in Carolina Beach.

We loved being 1 block from the beach the deck was great for evening gatherings. Conveniently located to good restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Great 4th of July!

My husband and our 3 children (ages 21, 18 and 15) recently rented this property and it was wonderful. There is a short walk to the walkway to the beach (1 1/2 blocks) and then a short walk from there down to the water. The beach was always clean and not very crowded. The condo has quite a bit of beach equipment (boogie boards, folding beach chairs, beach wagon) but the wind kept wanting to take the umbrella that was provided, so we opted to rent a sturdier umbrella and beach chairs for the week. There are at least 2 companies that we saw that provide this service, and they set up the umbrellas and chairs at the beginning of each day and take them down at night so that you don't have to worry about hauling them back and forth. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. There was a large family with smaller children in the condo above us and though we heard little footsteps running at times, it was otherwise very quiet. I like to run in the mornings and there is a wonderful path that appears newly constructed that is about 1/2 mile from the property. This was a great property and I would highly recommend for families, even if you have older teenagers.

The house was exactly as described, beautiful, close to the beach, and had everything my family needed and more. It was a little different having other families above us, but it wasn't a bother. Great location for visiting our family in Wilmington and Southport. Thanks for having us!!!

We had the best stay. This house is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything we wanted and more! It was very well stocked with all necessities. Since this was our first trip with our two children (1.5 and 2.5) I was worried about child proofing. This property was extremely kid friendly-even had books and toys for our littles to play with. It also came with a pack n play and mattress-among many other things like kid friendly plates and utensils. It was extremely clean and comfortable. My parents stayed with us for the week-and there was ample room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. You can’t beat the extremely short walk to the beach! Close to all things in Carolina Beach and Kure. We would definitely book this property again!

The property was a perfect location! The house has everything you need for a perfect beach stay!! It is also 2 minutes from the beach. You can set up on the beach and go back to the house for lunch, bathroom break, etc.! Places to eat close by and you do not have to take the car once you get there. Publix close by too!! Host's directions to get in and out of property were great! Would definitely stay again!!

Our family stayed here and had a great time and a comfortable stay! Check-in was super easy, very short walk to the beach with easy access, local restaurants close by. Plenty of room for all and our family enjoyed playing the available games. We would definitely return for another stay at this home!

This was our second year in a row visiting Carolina Beach and staying at this property to see our relatives in Wilmington and enjoy the surf. This property is a great size for our family and the kitchen has everything you need to eat in for breakfast or cook a big spaghetti dinner which we did on our first night. So great to have a large washer/dryer if needed, too. The convenience to the beach is great - we were comfortable with the early teens coming and going on their own. We will be back Natalie!

Surprised my parents with a stay here! Thankfully the weather let us have a couple good beach days and my children loved it! Easy walk to the beach and loved the toys there for the kids!

Natalie and Tom's place was everything we had hoped it would be. She was very accessible and helpful. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this place passed with flying colors. We would definitely stay here again!

Booked this property in last minute. We were surprised good by the cleanliness, ventilation, hospitality. This is so close to beach. would love to comeback. Internet needs to little better. Bedroom with bunk beds dont have signal at all. installing a mesh should help. thank you!!

This place is everything we hoped for. Perfect location - close to the beach and town. The unit was bright and beach’s and had everything we needed including bubbles (blowing bubbles at the beach is great fun!). Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. This house was soo beautiful and spacious! The beach was literally right around the corner of the house (a skip away). It was very clean and the owner was really nice. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know. I LOVED it..&& we cant wait 2 come back!!

We loved this property - it is exactly as seen in the photos. Very roomy and well laid out for families. The owners were great to work with - we had to make a change in our dates because of forced airline changes and they were extremely generous and flexible with us. The walk to the beach is super close - and the beach location was less busy than north and south of us. We had an amazing time on our trip to Carolina Beach thanks to staying at this amazing property!

House was close to beach. Neighbors were very loud and previous reviews state the same, must be how house is built. Neighbors in other unit blocked storage closet downstairs in shared space everyday! Very disappointed in bug infestation. Found many although dead. Furniture upgrade needed.

Great place!!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation- 6 adults and 2 kids and there was so much space. Short walk to the beach for our kids; boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a wagon to pull it all is provided. House and kitchen stocked with the essentials. We spent most of the time out on the deck, our favorite spot!

Everything was great and as it was in the pictures. Natalie was a great host and a good communicator. All in all it was a great stay!

This property was as described. Very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent location. We had one small issue which was addressed and resolved immediately by Natalie. Would recommend property.
