We had a great second stay. Laura is very organized and easy to work with. Will stay again.

I stayed there with a bunch of adults and a few toddlers, and it was super comfy and great for the kids. In addition to using the pool at the house, we also took advantage of the neighborhood pool, which was great for the kids. The host was super responsive and helpful!

Everything about this property is superb. The hosts are lovely and only want guests to have a terrific vacation. Lounging poolside while grilling and watching television was the best. We are excited to return!

We stayed here with my parents, my sister and our two young kids for a week of work and Disney. It suited our need just fine!

I have been renting VRBO properties for years. This stay was one of the best. We had a short stay to celebrate Christmas with family that live in the area and Laura was amazing to work with. Her communication was incredible - responding to all my pre-stay questions promptly. Her instructions were easy to follow and the home was lovely. Fully stocked with everything we needed for our family stay. Thank you Laura we will definitely look to stay with you again!

We came to visit a granddaughter working in the Disney College program. House was everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of any of the resort amenities. Having our own pool and hot tub was wonderful. Host was great.

House - absolutely perfect for our family. The bedrooms are far enough from each other to be able to have a little "away" time as some of us need when traveling with family. ; ) The upper level had one suite and then the kids room, which was perfect for us since only one family had children. The great room leading to the pool was just that...great! This kitchen is nicely stocked. The house is not brand new but well taken care of and very clean. Game room was fun, especially since we were stuck in the house for 3 days due to hurricane Ian. It was a great way to pass the time and be safe at the same time. Complex - Check in was very easy. Clubhouse area was nice with a small store for essential if forgotten. The pool was nice along with the water park area. Location - The location was very nice. Just off 192 so access to lots of things close by. Only issue there is 192 can be very, very busy so be sure to add some time if you want to be someone at a certain time. Close to all the Disney parks so that was convenient for sure. Communication - WOW...I am a travel agent and have rented homes a lot and Laura's communication is top notch. Always responding quickly. Cons - we did have a bit of an issue with remotes not working and the batteries we did find must have been older as they didn't work either. Also, instructions for Roku stated to use the Roku remote, but there but no remote anywhere in the house. A few of the bathrooms had plumbing issues. Laura was fast to communication but with the hurricane coming, we just needed to deal with it. Completely understandable and I am sure it has been taken care of. Traffic can be a bit of an issue as well at certain times of the day, but we learned real fast to access things via back roads too.

Overall, this was a nice place and was cleaner than most other places that we’ve stayed at. A few things I would recommend: need sharper knives, (or have a sharpener at your rentals)more towel hooks/bars in bathrooms. Our only gripe was the pool wasn’t circulating water all night long, it shuts off at 7:30pm so the water just sits. Also, we stayed for 8 days and the pool was never cleaned during our stay (we may have just missed the cleaner prior to check in, not sure). Other than that, we had a great experience at this home and with the (Laura)/management team. I would recommend them.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very attentive and provided excellent communication. She kindly changed the bedding theme when my 6-year-old changed his mind. The house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool heated up quickly, and my son and husband loved the game room. We hope we can return soon.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and quite spacious; ten people fit very comfortably. The owner was amazing and accommodating, living up to their 5 star reputation.

We were looking for a house to rent that would accommodate all of us comfortably (5 younger children and an adult child with grand baby) and this rental fit that perfectly. It was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in as far as kitchen appliances! HUGE plus for us since we tend to stay put and not go to the parks or eat out (pretty much lived by the pool). We had a small issue with the spa heat not working on the evening we checked in but owners were extremely quick to respond back to us. They had someone out and had the problem fixed before we were even out of our pajamas the next morning lol. We will definitely look for this rental again in the future when we return to visit our family.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay and enjoyed all of the amenities at the house! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to bring family together. Everything was clean and working. Would definitely return in the future.

What I appreciated most was the location (very convenient for WDW) and the bedroom set up (with three king suites, including two plus a queen on the first floor. Nice bedding and plenty of towels (both bath and pool).
