The apartment is fine and has everything you need for self catering. Be aware of steep, deep stairs to downstairs bedroom. Showers are great, good WiFi, comfortable furniture and beds. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool but it was impossible with the same folk being noisy every day, all day. Maybe unfortunate timing for our booking! Well stocked supermarket through the back gate of the complex very handy. The apartment is close to the strip with plenty choice for bars and restaurants. The beach and promenade within walking distance. Have been returning to this part of Tenerife for many years now. Thanks for having us. Your apartment is really lovely but oh dear.... the noise.....

Great apartment, location and host

A spacious apartment, ideal for a family with older children or for friends, as there are two bedrooms on two separate levels - one has an en-suite and the main bedroom has the bathroom neighbouring directly. Excellent WiFi. The pool bar is run by Pete who is very hospitable. Location is great but a little distance from the main restaurants and centre.

Our holiday was not what we antisipared as the day after we arrived the area was on lock down due to the corona virus. Our Daughter and Granddaughter were meant to travel out the day after us but didn't make it due to flight cancelled. Luckily for us we had this wonderful apartment so we were very comfortable. We had to cook all our meals as all the bars and restaurants closed down. The supermarket next door had everything we needed so we managed no problem. We are defiantly going to book again hopefully when this is all over and have the holiday we planned. The owners Martin and Kay were very helpful during this difficult situation

The apartment is nice, although you need to climb quite steep stairs to the downstairs bedroom, which has no door. The (at least on Christmas holiday weeks quite noisy) pool bar is just meters away, which is a plus or minus, depending on your own wishes. The location is very good, bars and restaurants nearby, Passarella shopping center with all the actions 300 meters away and the centre of Los Cristianos and the beaches in a walking distance. The communication with the owners has been very quick and easy and all the valuable information has come promptly, for which I want to thank them warmly.

Great apartment in good location - would book again 5 star.. Pro’s - Good size apartment (comfortable for 4 people). - Could squeeze 5 (fold up bed for guest 5). - Very clean - Great pool side bar (breakfast, snacks and of course booze). - Kitchen well stocked (we didn’t use it thou). - Heated pool (had it to ourselves most days). - Apartment has everything you would need (hair dryers etc). Con’s - WiFi doesn’t work in the downstairs bedroom. - No list of the complex rules in the apartment. We inadvertently broke the no hanging towels over the balcony rule (towels removed & note put over the balcony)....

Great apartment in an ideal location. 10 mins walk to bars/restaurants and 20 mins to the seafront. Apartment had everything you need and was exactly as described. Very clean apartment and complex. Pool was quiet and you could always get a sunbed. Pool bar was great for a cold pint after a days sunbathing and Pete the owner was brilliant and helpful. He even makes you lovely sandwiches for your flight home. Owners were great in their communication and quick to respond to emails. Would totally recommend. Thank you!

The unit itself is quite accommodating but could use some “ tender loving care”. We realize it’s the tropics, and there are bound to be some issues... just a little more attention to detail.

Lovely big apartment facing the pool. We found it clean and tidy and modern. The apartment could do with supplying a brush to use during the stay but has all the other appliances. We would definately recommend the apartment.

Just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Los Cristianos, my wife and I had a great stay thanks to the lovely apartment. It did what it said on the tin, everything was as described in the literature, we enjoy the freedom of self catering, the kitchen was small but well equipped, we were relieved to find the ceiling fans that made the heat at night bearable, the apartment was clean and well maintained, thank you also having an on hand contact for any problems, as we sometimes do. Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment, unfortunately the week we spent,the pool bar was being decorated, but will have opened again the night we left, my loss as it gets good reviews.

Lovely apartment for 4 people, lovely pool, friendly atmosphere. There was a bit of construction work on the solarium which could be noisy at times. Apartment is up a large hill from the pubs/restaurants.

Lovely apartment and nice and quiet

I was very happy with the apartment overall. It is very spacious. Enough for a large family. I was staying on my of so did not even use the downstairs living area. On the ground floor there is a good size bedroom, a kitchen/living area, bath/toilet and a balcony. Downstairs is another bedroom with shower/toilet. There is everything you need to go self catering. There are a couple of shops within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Plenty of parking outside if you rent a car. Playa de Los Cristianos is about 20-30 minute walk. Playa de Las Vistas - 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great low rise complex we have stayed at Diamantes 1,2,and3 for the last 10 years Apartment had everything you needed no problems at all Not a complaint but an observation the paint work on doors and frames is looking a little tired The apartment is great value for the money

What a great holiday. This is a very nice apartment and although it is up a few hills ,it is in a very good central location in Los Cristianos. There was very good communication and lots of information provided from the owners. The apartment's pool and bar were lovely, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property plenty of space for 4 Adults.We had to do all our cleaning.People very friendly and helpful.Local good resturants to go to when we did'nt want to go to the main town.The supermarket was great could'nt be any closer.We spent all our days on the beach,excellent taxi service.

Stayed here over New Year 2018. Apartment is in a good location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but mainly for families which was good. It’s up a bit of a hill, but nothing strenuous, and if you can’t manage the walk, then you need to have a serious look at your level of health/fitness. Fully recommend this place. There is working WiFi in the apartment also, which I didn’t use at all, but it meant we didn’t have miserable children.

We stayed with our parents and were welcomed in to join in the celebrations with the other residents for Christmas. We enjoyed an excellent Christmas dinner, homemade fish and chips and Sunday lunch and were treated like friends. The apartment was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a lovely clean and quiet pool area. We hired a car to explore the island.We were provided with excellent information for checking in. Handy supermarket nearby for supplies.Our first time to Tenerife and would love to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the peaceful pool setting on complex for first 2 weeks but then got noisy A’s family’s/groups arrived and sat right outside balcony so used beach as alternative option

what can i say. the apartment is good value for money and clean. the complex is quiet and has lots of helpful people around. the owners of the apartment are very friendly and responded quickly when needed. i would recommend this place to anyone and i hope to stay again

We all had a wonderful two week stay, it was clean and tidy and on arrival the basics was left for us (milk juice etc) by Maria who was such a lovely lady and all the staff on the complex were very pleasant and friendly. All the restaurants nearby were really nice and had live music every night and the employees in them made you feel very welcome. The only thing we found was that it was to hilly for us and we would sometimes struggle getting back to the apartment but overall a very enjoyable two week stay and we will return at some point
