We come up to Grand Lake at least once a year, this was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it. The cabin is extremely comfortable with space for everyone. We were able to grill out with other family members who were also staying in town and everyone had plenty of room. The space is super homey and welcoming, we will definitely be back! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and the location is awesome! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Thank you!

Great property and location. Great walkability. Walking on trails, dining and visiting stores in town is a very pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed the comfortable, clean, and updated cabin. It's an easy 2 block walk to the cute town and it's restaurants and shops. There is very easy access to RMNP with many great trails and places to see the animals and has less traffic than the east entrance. This side is much quieter than the Estees Park (east) side. We would recommend this to any family looking for a quiet, relaxing family get-away.

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. It easily accommodated 4 adults and one child. The location was a block from main street.

This was the perfect property for our trip! The cabin was awesome and the location could not have been any better. For me, modern amenities are a must, even if it is a weekend with nature. This place was the best of both worlds, you’re surrounded by all things outdoors, but If you’re feeling like Netflix and relaxing you’re covered. And talk about perfect location…This place was Literally a 1-2 minute walk to restaurants and shops and about a 3-4 minute walk to Grand Lake! Safe to say, we would definitely stay here again.😊

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. The location was perfect. We enjoyed driving into Rocky Mountain National Park and did an incredible hike to the summit of Mount Ida. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon boat on both Grand Lake and Lake Granby. Loved being walking distance from the beach and the historic Main Street. The property owners are easy to contact if needed.

This was a very comfortable place for my wife, two daughters, and I to stay in Grand Lake for 4 nights. The Pro's: location is incredible, just a block from downtown shops and restaurants and the lake; small but very comfortable place to stay; great place for a family stay where everyone gets a bed; good internet and cable Con's: communications weren't great through VRBO, as I requested a date change a few times with no response; had to research and find a phone number to call to resolve; back patio has nice furniture and grill, but was really dirty (hadn't been cleaned in long time) and we had to clean it up ourselves for it to be useful. On balance: the Pro's outweigh the Con's and we would stay at this property again.

Rented this property a few times. The property is always clean and a pleasure to visit. It’s located close to town with an easy walk. There is a playground nearby. Also an EV charge station. Two Charge Point stations. A very nice stay for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Grand Ave and to hiking areas. The only downside is the road construction, literally outside the bedroom window which starts at 7 a.m. with the back up beepers and all equipment used to pave Park Avenue. This has been going on for a while and should have been mentioned in the property listing information.

Newly built property. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance into town and the lake. The weather was great mornings were around forty degrees warming up to seventy. The town had a quaint feel and had dessert for our grandchildren. We would do this trip again.

Great location … place was spotless …. But construction noise s bit intruisive !

I picked the property because of its proximity to downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, the waterfront for kayaking, etc. I also walked into RMNP a couple of mornings through different trailheads. We also did our daily sightseeing in the Park with over 40 moose sightings spread over the 3 days (we estimate about 15-20 unique moose). The property itself was small, but packed a lot in. The three bedrooms worked for us and two bathrooms is a plus. The patio with grill was a nice touch as are the two cruiser bikes in the garage (we didn't use, but some folks might not like to walk as much as we do). Everything was clean and ready to use when we arrived.

We loved our stay at this cabin! It’s cozy, clean, modern, close to downtown, and the owners are so kind! I highly recommend and hope that we can visit again done day.

Exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place with access to Granby, Winter Park, and Estes Park. The house itself is within walking distance to the downtown shops of Grand Lake. It had plenty of room for our 3 teenage boys and was super clean and decorated nicely.

Great property, walking distance to the lake and only 2 blocks from shops and restaurants. Perfect size for 4 adults and our 3month old grandson. Plenty of space, great outdoor patio and barbecue, all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you’d need, comfortable beds. Very impressed with the decor and huge comfy sofa. A bit of a snag of getting the entry code, but Kelly was very responsive. Our first time visiting Grand Lake, and we will definitely return,

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the downtown area and the water, and the house very comfortable and clean. We loved Grand Lake and had a great time. Already looking forward to our next trip!
