Nice room and pleasant terrace

It was sold as an apartment with mini kitchenette….. what you actually got was a minibar and coffee maker…. No facilities to Easley glasses or cups and these were only renewed with a great amount of asking….. not good marketing and poorly described in booking.com!

We had several different terraces to use. Plus a lemon tree. I love the lounge area because I enjoy doing workouts. It was a perfect workout area for me. The stairs gave you a workout but I was okay with that.

Close to good local shops, easy walking distance to the centre of Ostuni. Plenty of free parking available in neighbouring streets. Excellent outdoor areas - 2 large terraces with ample furniture to eat/relax. Communication with hosts was via whatsapp and was always promt and thorough in responses.

Bed was too hard for me. Lots of stairs, this was fine for me but worth mentioning as wouldn't be suitable for some.

Great location and well thought out interiors combining classic elements with the contemporary.

Sound insolation was poor due to high ceilings, terrazzo floors and inadequate sound proofing on door to room.

The other guests at the accommodation were quiet.

The girl who handed me the keys did NOT speak clear English and I could not speak Italian. The girl FAILED to tell me that to get water in the shower the bottom knob of the two had to be pushed upwards and when in the shower it is NOT obvious that the knob has to be turned any way but right or left. nobody came to help me from Wonderful Italy they just sent text messages. It was TWO days before I was able to get the shower to work and that only after visiting the office in Ostuni and speaking to a person. The emergency pull in the bathroom is tied up high and would not be reachable if someone fell a definite safety failure and since there are no staff at the accommodation if the alarm had to be used there would be little in the way of assistance provided. There are a lot of staff in the office why could someone not be available to help customers who are in difficulty it is a short walk uphill from the office to the accommodation???!!! On the day I arrived other guests were also experiencing problems and nobody came to help them. On the day I left there was nobody to give the key to so the room had to be left unlocked with the key being placed on the bed, I was seen leaving the room on my way out so there was no security and it would be very easy for someone to enter the room and steal items that were therefore unsecure. I finally got the iron I needed but no ironing board so the bed had to be used, I think this would constitute a fire hazard. The safe was inside a chest and there were lots of items on top of the chest all of which had to be put elsewhere in the room to gain access to the safe. I did not use anything but the water from the fridge but to whom should I have paid the money for the other items if I had used any as there was nobody on my checking out day to take the room key or collect the iron.

Everything was very professional and thought out. Great service from the staff. Interesting interior design too.

Nicely designed apartment, new shower facilities, very nice, good quality bed linen, especially pillows are my highlight.

Nicely decorated. A small shared lounge which was a nice bonus as well as a lovely shared terrace. I was able to leave my luggage at their office, which was a good bonus as I was unable to check in earlier. That would have been nice to have as an option. I had requested that.

To many synthetic fragrances. Smelt really strong in hallway and moved our reed diffuser out of our room.

There is no isolation; we woke up many times due to (front) doors being opened and closed. We read from other reviews that the was a kitchen or a rooftop available but during our check in we were not informed about it. Same for bins. There are bo bins to empty the garbage or at least we were not informed about it

Great location! Loved the apartment’s aesthetics! Felt like stepping back in time but still modern and fresh. It was super clean and spacious! Was equipped with almost everything you need except a frying pan. The rooftop terrace is great to watch the sunset! Overall would recommend!

It’s on a noisy street, so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. We were able to get parking right outside the apartment, but it can be tricky to find parking at busy times. We had to take the trash to a dumping facility about 8 mins drive away which was inconvenient. Would be nice if the hosts handled that part.

Beautifully designed rooms, nice sunny terrace. Would definitely recommend!

The room was just as displayed in the pictures and we were very happy with our choice. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest, the staff was super helpful and the quality of the interior was very high.

We only would have found it convenient to have a trash(bag) in the room. Everything else was great!
