Breakfast was unavailable due to overcrowding and not much to offer and a wait time over 30 minutes. location was great

everything. was watching tv and it quit working. room key stopped working. Rooms need to be upgraded. breakfast area very small overcrowded. carpet in halls dirty and stink.

Location was perfect as it was close to the college venue and close to nice eateries. Free parking was a plus. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was excellent. Staff was super friendly. Prices were unbeatable. The free breakfast was perfect.

Unfortunately, the pool was very murky so we didn’t get to enjoy it. Also our shower drain was very clogged making it difficult to drain.

Breakfast was marginal, hot dishes weren't set up until late, so we left.

Cleanliness was lacking. Variety not set-up.

The breakfast was not replenished. No coffee biscuits or sausage gravy. The waffle mix was empty too. I told gm she opened door said look mam its full. But the lever didn't work easily and mix too thick to pour out. Don't point out I'm wrong see if you can fix it. Extra coffee container not labeled. How do we know what it is? We are paying guests. Not great.

Nothing in the facility was good the rooms were nasty the hallway was filthy the walls in the room looks like there was smoke residue that was wiped off but it smeared all over the picture on the wall the bathroom shower was dirty and full of hair in the drain the entry way before entering the room was full of dust the floors haven't been mopped in weeks it seems and the air conditioner smells like mildew it was horrible

When I walked in the room they assigned me, the TV was and there were several towels on the floor. A clear indication that this room was already occupied. So they put us in a room with double instead of the king size bed. It took them almost 30 minutes to check us in

Bed itself was comfortable and looked clean but sheets were older.

Room 220. Toilet seat was old, peeling and had alot of stains. Afraid to sit on it. Headboard on bed was some type of wood but had numerous hand prints and smudges all over it. It made you think something went on.

We were locked out of our room, and sausage gravy for breakfast was spoiled. The room was cleaned and restocked during our stay.
