Such a quiet and relaxing spot, perfect for a quick getaway. The private pier was awesome.

The property joins and overlooks Watts Bar Lake, in a very quiet peaceful location. Absolutely beautiful location, shade trees, sandy shoreline, a great spot for family vacation or friends fishing vacation. The property is clean, neat and organized, with update appliances, lake view and sunset from large back porch. The owner is very courteous and has great communication, I highly suggest this location!!

This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn't have asked for a better one! The property was so beautiful and the house was very clean. We really appreciated the variety of cookware and utensils. We would happily come back here again :)

My wife and I needed nice relaxing getaway on the lake, Steven's cottage definitely fit the bill! The pictures were accurate, cottage was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The walk to the nice dock was short and easy. We had brought our 2 jet skis and used the 2 pwc lifts (nice feature). The public boat ramp is conveniently located minutes away. Steven was very quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful lake with a great dock.

Steven's property is a little slice of heaven! The home is perfect for two people and is just adorable! We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and goodies and the AC was set to a comfortable level. We brought our boat and used the dock every day. Very quiet and peaceful area with a 20 minute drive to groceries and restaurants. Steven was great to work with - very helpful and accommodating!We will definitely return!

Place was just as advertised, clean and great location

My husband and I stayed a week. The house was extremely clean and didnt leave me for wanting a thing. The campfire area was stacked with wood. The grill had a full tank of propaine. The kitchen was stcked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, kitchen gadgets, ice machine, and even a grill press. Bathroom was nice loaded with towels and wash clothes, and having the washer and dryer there in the bathroom was perfect. The "Bed" was amazing, I didnt miss my bed at all. And Steve the owner was very attentive, he really wanted to make sure you enjoy your stay. Overall our stay was a 10 outta 10. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've stayed at this location for the last few spring fishing trips and we've never had a complaint. Steven is prompt to answer any questions and the cabin is always prepared for our arrival. Were hopeful to spend many more springs on Ellis Rd!

Another lovely visit at Lake Haven. The weather was cooperative by not raining too much and the trees began furzing up during the week. It's such a restful place, I look forward to returning. No frills but everything necessary! Steven's an attentive host.

We got lucky to find this Cottage with such short notice. Stephen made sure all the small details have been thought through for a perfect get away; so very relaxing, well stocked, clean, ideal location to town & close to multiple marinas for anything we wanted to do. Just walk right out to the lake, can't wait to return during swimming weather. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay on the lake. Having a firepit was a nice bonus which we took advantage of.

This is the perfect getaway property for a personal retreat. The house overlooks Watts Bar Lake, gets good light all day, and ia cozy and secure at night. There are several places on the property to sit and read, draw, write, and even muse. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! The home was in excellent clean condition with a large awesome dock, on Watts bar lake. Fishing was excellent caught several bass and two large cat fish, which were (24 inches and 32 inches) The lake was beautiful and clean. Home had all the amenities that you could ever need. Steven was a fantastic host-owner, responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a great getaway for long term vacation or weekend. Thank you Steven for your hospitality.

very clean and quiet

First of all, Steven is a wonderful host. The house was very inviting and the perfect size for the two of us. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were little details that I appreciated like the ice maker and the snacks. The living room space was cozy and comfortable. The house stayed nice and cool in the heat wave. The bed...I wanted to bring it home because it was so comfortable. The view was stunning and, despite the heat wave, we spent much time appreciating it from the dock. It was great not having to bring our boat in and out daily and, when I mentioned looking for a boat launch to Steven before we arrived, he provided coordinates to the closest one within minutes. Although we didn't need much (we are pretty seasoned travelers) knowing that we'd get a prompt response if we did have a question or concern was a great feeling. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Came to Lake with my husband and daughter on a little fishing trip. Had a great time. Property was just as described and Steven was a great host with communication.

This property was Great! Had everything we needed, very convenient to the water. Walk from the house to the dock and get in our boat and go. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Steven, the host, was great and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for any better. Would recommend it to everyone and would love to stay again.

We have stayed in many rentals over the decades and can honestly say this is by far the cleanest rental and I'm kind of picky about that. Loved that the pics were accurate and not from yrs ago like many post. The grill was clean & ready to use, even the toaster was clean! Loved the welcome basket and how well stocked the cabin was. Everything you would need was supplied. It was so great to have cleaning supplies also since we had a 3 week stay and I like to keep things clean. The dock was awesome for our bass boat. We hadn't been able to find a rental this year that accommodated anything other than a pontoon. We enjoyed having larger TVs in the living room & bedroom and the large selection of channels. Steven is the best host we've ever had!!! He replies immediately and kept in contact to check on us or our needs. Never had an owner do that before. He is very attentive and also open to any suggestions if you have any. So happy we have now found our yearly rental!! Thank you, Deborah & Ray
