Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and clean. The team explained the process well, the paperwork was sufficiently detailed. They also provided additional recommendations that were helpful.

The property was just as it appears in the photos. It was well maintained and comfortable. The teens in my party loved the pool and spending time out on the small beach area. The property does not have an ocean view, but it did not advertise that it had and it was reflected in the cost. I would highly recommend this unit. Easily accessible to activities on Islamorada or Key Largo.

The unit itself was nice, although the living room furniture and pull out sofa should be updated. Unit was clean with the exception of the floors, which were black. Community itself was old and dated and not what was expected according to online photos. Biggest issue was guard at gate, who told us we could not get another parking pass for guests since we had two passes already. Guest parked in extra lot, per the guard, then was threatened to have truck towed when they were upstairs for 5 minutes! If you can't have guests for short periods, I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect, My wife and I have been married for 24 yrs with kids. They are grown and it was finally our time to take a vacation a nice vacation. Staying at Ocean Pointe was the cherry on top of this vacation a beautiful apt to rest and feel right at home and feel very comfortable. Thank you very much. She was so nice. We got there early she got us fixed fast and easy!

We loved it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Everything was clean and remodeled pictures on the website were spot on. Easy check in and check out gated community. Plenty of parking! We absolutely loved it. No complaints. We will definitely stay there again.

Needs new hideabed. For things to do we recommend the shark boat tour, it was awesome Easy to use, but check in hours were little odd given you only had 60 mins. (MGR RESPONSE - Please understand, we have to make sure we have time to clean and inspect the properties between guests and, unlike hotels, we are a property management office with normal business hours. We have an easy process for after-hours check-ins though and on-call assistance for emergencies).

Much smaller than we thought. Balconies unusable W/ broken chairs. Only dining space was on metal stools at kitchen counter. Not comfortable for older folks. All floors were very dirty.

Good location with all amenities we looked for. Kitchen helped us lot. Stocked with some pots and pans and cutlery plus coffee sugar and condiments. They even had the Condo ready 1 hour earlier than promised. The window provided to pickup the is little tight but we managed.

Only problem was the pool was closed for repairs. The management company did inform us prior to the trip but there was a beach area available. Unfortunately the beach area was closed 2 days of our vacation due to weddings. Other than that it was a great property and conveniently located

Really enjoyed the beach area. There were repairs being done on the pool so it wasn’t available for the first few days of our stay. Thankfully, the beach area on the property was really nice and it was close to Harry Harris park for another option. The condo was nice (clean and a really nice kitchen) but I was disappointed in the patio sizes - very, very small.

We stayed here for a birthday weekend. It states that it sleeps six. And technically it does however, it doesn’t list the bed sizes in the description of the property. We might have kept looking for somewhere else had we known one of the beds was a hideabed. Our first night there we pulled out the bed and went to lay down and it broke. We Inspected it closer and found that someone had already tried to fix it with wood glue and zip ties. We called and talked to the property manager and said to have someone come fix it in the morning. I had to Call them back at noon because I hadn’t heard anything yet. When they did come to fix it they said they didn’t see anything wrong, so we had to go back and show them what was broken. So we wasted time on our short vacation dealing with maintenance. We have pictures of the couch. I don’t think this is acceptable. I also don’t feel that the check in process is very easy when you choose the late checkin process. I already gave you all of my information and I still had to drive to a separate location to pick up a packet that could have been left on the counter and the code emailed to me. That one is not such a big deal but more of an inconvenience. It would have been a fine stay had we not had the issues with the bed/couch. It limited the seating options that we had.

Amazing property, well maintained. Will definitely look to stay here again when we travel back to the keys. Office staff was friendly and efficient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sadly our neighbors were noisy and played their music too loud. we tried calling security but the phone was switched off and the mail box was full. Other than that it was a great vacation. Very friendly and helpful

Great condo and very clean. Property manager was friendly and helpful.

This property was very nice and close to what we wanted to which is scuba dive! Islamarada Amd key largo are both like 10 min away! Great food and great diving. Islamarada dive shop was awesome! Be sure to get a rum runner at the tiki bar!
