Condo was spotless and just as pictured. I accompanied my husband and his friends on a golf weekend. Very comfortable and conveniently located. It was during spring break so there were a lot of families with small kids. Would definitely return, but would do it at a different time of year.

We stayed at the condo for our Christmas holiday. It was was equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean! We had plenty of space and the location was fantastic. It was only a couple of miles from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I can't describe how wonderful this property was and beneficial for our family. We loved every bit of the Thanksgiving trip because the location to the Disney parks, and the use of the pool area. The pool area was so nice, that my kids actually referred to it as a water park. For kids that don't get to swim much, they literally could have been out there each day if the weather had cooperated. I highly encourage anyone staying in the Disney area to give this place a try. I know my wife will want to come back to this place each time we visit Orlando.

This condo was perfect for our eight night vacation. My son, his wife and three children and I were in town for a Disney vacation plus a day at Sea World. We paced ourselves doing two parks, a day off, two parks, a day off followed by a day at Sea World. April's condo was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent our days off at the beautiful pool and water slide park. The Disney parks were very close as well as food shopping, Starbucks and Target. April was a friendly and very welcoming host. I highly recommend this property and have bookmarked it for future travel.

I have terminal cancer so this vacation was my “make a wish”. The condo was perfect for us! It was clean (and I’m picky), it was close to Disney and universal and we loved the amenities. April took care of everything for us to make our stay perfect. I made lasting memories with those I love. Thank you April!!

Great space for our family of 8. Beds were comfy and rooms felt spacious. Perfect location for Disney! Our kiddos enjoyed the pool. We would have given a five star review had it not been for two things that were mainly resolved. First, we stayed in late summer when temps were in the 90’s, and had a little issue with the AC, which the host tended to promptly and sent someone out to look at it the first morning after checkin. We were able to control the AC after that, but it had a hard time keeping up in the later afternoon/evening hours. It felt cool by morning and manageable with the ceiling fans in every room. Second, the tile floors appeared clean, but had a sticky residue and left our feet black within minutes of walking on them. The host had the cleaners come out the next day and reclean the floors, which resolved the issue. Other than that the accommodations were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Ample space in the fridge/freezer. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Good supply of movies and games. The kids enjoyed a movie in their room from the bunk beds :) Overall we were happy with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful at stay. The unit was immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. We had plenty of space for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit is full of thoughtful amenities - dvds, board games and pool toys that made downtime from the Disney parks so much easier to manage with the kids. The highlight for our family were the included pool and mini- water park. The kids were over the moon about these and for them our days off from Disney were just as fun! The location is so close to the parks. And I must say April, our host, was fantastic. She was Incredibly responsive (responses within minutes) and very helpful answering questions and providing advice on our trip. My family and I highly r commend this place when considering a trip to Disney!

Property was clean, nice and looked just like the photos. Host was welcoming with quick response time for questions. Amenities in the neighborhood were great. Just a short ride to Disney parks.

The communication with April was excellent she responded immediately. The property was cleaned to the highest standard & was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. The location to the Disney parks was excellent & I’d recommend this property to anyone that asked me where to stay in that area & we would definitely come back to this property.

April is a fantastic host with a clean and comfortable condo. The property is awesome as well and is a short drive to all Disney parks. We (5 adults, 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our trip. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

We had a terrific stay at April's condo near Disney World. The location is simply fantastic. We got to all the Disney parks and Universal quickly yet felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood. The condo itself is very well appointed and her descriptions are accurate. It is updated and well kept. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax as well. The pool was fantastic and we wish we would have reserved more time just to hang out on property. April was A+ at communicating with us during our stay! Thank you April! We will be looking to rent again when we return to Orlando!

Our stay was fantastic from the booking with April , who is wonderful,she will address any questions almost instantly ! The communication is spot on . The place is spot let, very nicely decorated and the kids room is amazing . Our granddaughters loved it, it had nice touches for kids like a stool in the bathroom,pack and play all the games and videos. The distance to the pool/water park is an easy walk even for young kids. The park is a dive to but so fun with swings and a big castle with slides. Great value for the money

We had a great time at Windsor hills with my parents and our kids. The location is great at about 15 minutes from Disney themed parks. We also enjoyed the pool and water parks. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. April was also super fast to reply for any questions we had and very helpful.

Probably the cleanest vrbo I have stayed in! All hard floors and no dust/dirt/grime. April has made it very convenient and comfortable. Very tasteful decorated in Disney theme. Super easy to check in and excellent communication. The pool was great for the kids.

We have stayed in many rental condos over the years and this one is right up there in the list of best. April was so accommodating and her housekeeper deserves a high five for cleanliness. Condo was very nicely appointed and the little extras a delightful surprise. We have stayed in another condo after leaving April’s because hers was booked up and it couldn’t hold a candle to Aprils. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to not be disappointed with their accommodations

Really clean and wonderfully supplied condo-loved the comfortable master bed and space throughout. Only tiny improvement might be a better showerhead in the main bathroom but overall, we have it on our list to return. Thanks!
