the property was clean.

we didn’t have hot water for the first night and following morning, had to shower in families caravan instead. but these things happen.

we had a really cute welcome pack to get us started with essentials and the caravan was very nicely presented, super cosy and with amazing natural light! great location with the beach right across the holiday park entrance!

the carpet was a bit worn down

We stayed here 4 nights during Winter and it is a highly recommended place to visit with the family. The place offers a great deal of activities for the kids and it is only a 10 minutes away from the beach and also public commute to Rye.

Good location and very spacious

Great communication before and after our stay. The get you in pack is a nice touch. The accommodation was clean and tidy with great facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The location was fine , trips to Rye ,Hastings, Other coastal locations. All in easy reach .

Prices to use the facilities on site weather it was a week or just a couple of days was the same . For a family it was expensive.would have been nice if the could do different rates.

The private caravan was nice and clean and had everything you needed for a stay communication with the people that run it were amazing and always on hand Parkdean Camber Sands site is amazing literally walking distance to the beach happy friendly people all

Three generations sharing a caravan….did it work…….Yes it did! Caravan had all you needed ,ample room ,great location, our weekend could not have been worse weather wise couldn’t even get onto Camber Sands with the gale force winds ! Nonetheless Parkdean had plenty to offer by way of entertainment and we enjoyed all of it.

Very well maintained caravan. Very clean. A big welcome box of goodies. Very efficient, friendly owners. Close walking distance to the beach.

The resort amenities are not included. A pass for 3 adults for 4 days, to be able to access the pool, pub and restaurant costs £20 each.

I would just like to recommend this place. Vaughn was the best. So helpful in every respect. The accommodation was super clean and the welcome pack was brilliant. Top guys
