This house was the perfect fit for our family..Was 14 all together and had plenty of room for all of us. Five minutes walk to the beach. Owner was so nice to talk to and actually got to meet her. We would recommend this house to anyone..We are already planning next year's stay

The beach house was very spacious for the group size we had (enough beds, bathrooms, and parking space). It was a convenient location with the five minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The available cookware and utensils were a bit outdated and the house a was bit under stocked. The owner was responsive to my messages and kind. Overall, a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and roomie and I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Loved everything about it. Clean and neat..check in was easy...check out was easy...location was amazing...thank you for opening your home to us...

At first glance, things appeared great. As we got over the initial, “wow, we’re finally on vacation”, it wasn’t what it was represented to be. The refrigerator works when it wants to. When you contact the property owner, they say it’s supposed to be 56 degrees. We lived in coolers for the week. The house needs some updates. The beds are not great at all. Take your own towels, toiletries, trash bags and hand soap. Oh, don’t mind the gigantic bugs crawling around, they don’t bother much. All that aside, I guess It was ok.

We did have a problem with roaches during our stay which was upsetting, though the manager offered to get roach disks for us and admitted they had a recent problem and the place had been professionally sprayed. There were already roach disks there so there was not much we could do. . The other concern was some of the beds were not comfortable in at least 2 of the rooms they creaked terribly and the room with the single bed had no support to them. Tge dishwasher needed updated or fixed as there is a wheel broken on the bottom rack and would be a struggle to get that in and out. Even with these concerns, we had an amazing time and plenty of room for our family. The amenities and space were as expected. Overall we had an amazing week.

We had a wonderful time and we loved the house and location. It was quiet and clean.

The location is close to the beach, we walked to the beach. Close to some stores. Having the canal behind the house was fun, we saw minnows and crabs in the canal. Would stay at this home again.

Nice location, short distance to the beach. Home needs some updates and TLC. Would stay here again, price very affordable.

Started out bad. Couldn’t get the door code. But after that. Perfect . House was very roomy. Very quite and peaceful. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home

Reserving the property was easy. Getting the key code to get into the property was frustrating. Other than that and having to make our own beds we really enjoyed our stay

This property was nice, room for improvements but for the price GOOD!! Short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the deck. Only negative., I would expect toilet paper( at least one roll) in the bathrooms. There was none. And thought it was weird that we had to make the beds ourselves. Overall I would stay here again.!

the house was very big and clean for my family only some inconveniences in the master room every time I used the toilet it was very noisy and the remote control of the television did not work for sure it was the batteries and the kitchen light went off and the refrigerator, the microwave oven, the electric coffee maker stopped working but if we enjoyed our vacations the house was in a good, very quiet place.

We really enjoyed our time at Coastal Breeze. It was very convenient to the beach. My family and I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location. The towels and washcloths need replacing and some upgrades wouldn’t hurt. The house smelled so fresh and clean when we arrived which was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

overall good experience for the 1st time. would recommend taking your own towels with you all there weren't nearly enough for 8 people. Half the house was cold and other half was warm but we made due.

Enjoy it very much Kids and Adults also, need some update done, Ceil fan in the room with 2 beds, Take out a few tubs and put in walk in shower, was afraid I would fall getting out of the with out no help. You don't know the people that is renting it .They may be a little handicap and can't get into the shower we had a few with us. Thank you Shirley Reinersman

My vacation experience at this cherry grove beach home was everything I expected. The neighborhood was nice quiet and relaxing and only a few blocks away from the beach . I enjoyed myself and I would definitely stay here again

We booked this place for my birthday weekend...had a few other friendd also book places in thr area....but since this was conveniently closer to the beach, everyone met up here first and would hang out with us here thruout the day. It was a lovely place! Spacious and clean! I would definitely stay here again! A snake did manage to makr a visit and crawl into one of the cars engines however...wr never saw it make an exit
