The house is absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the pictures and Vernon was extremely quick to respond. Vernon had so many extras included when we checked in snacks, fruit, bacon, granola bars, coffee and so much more. We would definitely recommend this property and we would rent it again if we ever travel to Hot Springs.

We brought our 3 teenage sons and their bass boat for Spring Break in Hot Springs. The home was perfect! It was beautifully appointed, clean and well-stocked (there were even a few groceries provided!) We also brought my parents who stayed in the detached apartment and the layout was perfect for our two families. The deck was sublime with a great view of the lake and lots of seating. The large TV was great for the Final Four. My youngest and I enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit, and the older boys caught lots of fish on Hamilton. The boat launch was minutes down the street and the dock worked out perfectly. The house is also less than 30 minutes to the nearest launch at Quachita. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and contacted us "just enough" to let us know he was available. We have stayed at 50+ VRBOs/rentals and this is one of our favorites. Hot Springs wasn't a bad place for spring break, either.

We absolutely loved our time at this house! Very clean, tastefully decorated (we were there right before Christmas), nice view of the lake, plenty of kitchen ware (we really didn’t need to bring anything). My husband, toddler, and I stayed in the apartment above the garage and it was perfect. Toddler slept well there because it wasn’t filled with the general noise we all made in the main house. The kitchen was a great place to entertain ourselves and congregate. Truly the only thing we could come up with that we didn’t like, and this is being very picky, is the toilet paper could have been better. But that’s it. Everything truly was wonderful and we look forward to coming back again and again!!

Main house is well equipped with indoor and outdoor living space. Lots of kitchen space. Large dining table. Pool table. Nice firepit. The apartment is above the garage. It does not have a lake view like the main house offers, but is comfortable. The beds are great. They have done a nice job keeping this an inviting place to stay. Close to town, restaurants, etc. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a well rounded home with lots of space.

Our second visit to Paradise Palms may have been different than our first, but was exceptional and unparalleled to any other lake vacation we have taken (even better than last year)! So warm and inviting, this year we had the privilege to have friends join us for a bit. Together, we got to fully experience the spacious nature of this beautiful home and the convenient location it offers. Speaking just of the property, there is always space for escape and something for everyone to do. Specifically, we found the Kitchen area perfect for relaxing and entertaining alike with the whole crew. Dare I say that I think we had even more fun than last year and can't wait to see what next summer brings in Lake Hamilton. Thanks again to the wonderful, helpful, and responsive hosts...although nothing went wrong in the slightest (everything in great working order), it is always comforting and refreshing to know you have reliable hosts there if you need them. Thanks again Paradise Palms (including Vernon and Richard) for giving us a second opportunity to enjoy this lovely gem with family and friends. Let's make it three next year!

This home had everything to keep your family entertained. Perfect Location!!! The property owner was very kind and covered everything in detail. We would love to stay here again the next time we plan a lake trip.

We had the best week at Paradise Palms! The house was the most well maintained VRBO property we have ever stayed at. You can tell the owners truly love their home and take pride in sharing it with others. The location was perfect, we loved the large deck and boat dock, and enjoyed starting each morning sitting by the water feeding the ducks. The apartment was perfect for our teenagers to feel like they had their "own space". The pool table was also a hit! The interiors are well done and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. I can't say enough great things about Paradise Palms and would be thrilled to stay again in the future!

We had a lovely stay on Lake Hamilton!! Paradise Palms is a wonderful rental that sits in a cove on the lake!!! It’s quiet and peaceful on their lovely deck! We rented a boat on day and we docked it several hours at Richard’s dock. Super easy and loads of fun. We even drove boat to eat at Bubba’s for lunch!!! The home is as presented on VRBO. Completely appointed and super comfortable! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable! It’s just a great rental!!! Would give it 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, not a lot of boat traffic, and the house was everything it was advertised to be. The kids loved the slide and the firepit was excellent with tons of shade.

The accommodations were exceptional and the property has more amenities than we could have ever expected. The hosts attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The house was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and had all the amenities you will need for our group of 6. The property's proximity to downtown Hot Springs and the National Park made our trip extremely convenient as we made several trips to check everything out at Hot Springs. I would stay here again!

This house has everything! Beautiful place on the lake with a huge waterfront lot and outdoor area. The owners thought of everything when preparing this house as a rental property. We will definitely be back! The furnishings and beds were so comfortable- we felt right at home.

The house was in impeccable shape and beds and furniture new and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked beyond expectations. The view of the lake is serene and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We are going to all of the National Parks, and this has been our favorite house so far. It was spotless, easy entry, lots of space, comfy beds, etc. The house was absolutely beautiful- we could’ve lived there!

Vernon's property was absolutely perfect for our small wedding ceremony. The views of the lake are amazing. The massive outdoor space was perfect for reading, playing, and just hanging out. The master suite was paradise. The well lit room was perfect for our romantic weekend. The master bathroom was also very luxurious with a jet tub and spa shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, condiments, and even some s'more ingredients. Out of all the places we have stayed in the Hot Springs area, this is by far, our favorite. Do yourself a favor and look no further. This is the perfect vacation rental!

Paradise Palms was the perfect excursion for our family. Two boys (Age 11 and 8) couldn't get enough of the Lake or the House. With Covid concerns, we searched high and low for a socially distanced vacation home and found the most amazing gem in Lake Hamilton. The house impeccably clean, well maintained and the only negative is that we didn't have enough people or time to fully enjoy the attached guest house room during the trip (which is an added bonus and luxurious suite for those who have an opportunity to utilize it). Vernon and Richard were amazing from our booking, to our checking in and through our exit with amazingly quick and helpful responses. Any questions we had were resolved and any concerns immediately alleviated. We were so fortunate to happen upon this home and hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future. Thank you Paradise Palms (including Vernon and Richard) for giving us the opportunity to share this Lake House and enjoy much needed time away from reality. PS - There are so many fun places in the Lake to explore and renting a boat added to the experience. Shout out to Owners giving us a heads up about the opportunity to rent a boat!!!

This place was hands down one of the best places I have stayed at on Lake Hamilton. The house is very nice with everything you would need. We had a minor issue with the ac in the apartment and Vernon had it fixed and back in service that night. Overall I would 100% recommend this house. Thanks again Vernon for the excellent communication and letting us stay!

My daughter got married this weekend at this beautiful home. The lake & great outdoor area really set the scene. Nice home. The host went out of their way to insure we were pleased with the accommodations. Plan to stay there next year.
