Loved the vibe of Birch Bay ! The condo was spacious cute decor and in the best location. Steps from the beach , coffee, restaurants!! The view from the patio was beautiful , perfect place to hang out . We will be back !!

Beautifully appointed condo with an amazing view so close to the bay. Included everything we needed in the kitchen, had fans as it was quite warm and they did the trick. Clear and quick communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place with wonderful amenities and location! Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was communicative and thoughtful. You can tell they went out of their way to make your stay easy and enjoyable - from leaving local food & activity recommendations, to providing gear for the beach, along with tennis and pickle ball equipment for the community center, and even a bottle of wine! We had a lovely experience. Would stay again!

My husband and toddler and I had a wonderful time staying at Sherri and Dan’s beautiful and cozy condo. It was steps from the beach which my toddler loves, has a quaint yard area for playing (and visiting with friendly neighbouring dogs) and the condo itself has everything you need! They were so quick to respond to even the smallest question and being a very picky and seasoned bnb’er I was thoroughly impressed with how clean their place was!!! I know we will certainly being staying there again! Thanks again for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful accommodation.

The pictures don’t do this property right. It’s WAY better and there are so many small touches and gestures that make you really feel like a welcomed special guest vs. a renter. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with all the necessary spices and then some. All the cleaning supplies you need for longer stays are right there. Everything you need for the beach from chairs to umbrellas to kid digging toys to beach towels. The bed is ACTUALLY comfortable! Property is quiet and the ground floor beach access is perfect especially when traveling with a pup. WiFI was super stable. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed this special place.

Great little spot! Owners take pride in being great hosts which come through in the little things like packets of condiments in the fridge, beach toys for the kiddos, phone charger clock/radio etc. Well cared for place that is steps to the beach. Can't wait to come back for clamming season.

Prior reviews of this property were spot on. It is easy to get to and the view from the patio is amazing. It was clean and well stocked. Kudos to the owners for their attention to detail on creating a welcoming retreat.

The property was excellent. I was there for 2 months on a work trip and it made it a lot easier to be away from home having such a great place to come home to.

The property was just as described and Dan and Sherri were the perfect hosts. The condo was steps away from the beach and the hosts thought of everything. I could not rate Dan and Sherri higher as hosts and the property was clean, quiet, and just provided us with the "reset" we needed after the tragic death of our son. Thank you, Dan and Sherri, and we will be back.

We drove from Alberta, Canada to enjoy a little getaway and Dan and Sherri’s condo was an amazing home away from home! The location of their unit had a great view of the ocean, short walk across the street to the walking path and we loved taking our dogs out during the low tide plus walking them on their leashes right out the patio doors to the grass area was perfect! Everything we possible needed was in the condo but honestly our favorite thing was the wood burning fireplace! Dan and Sherri were awesome at letting us know about the area and the restaurants plus they included the ones that allowed our fur babies to join us. We went to Barlean’s Fishery for seafood that was only 10 mins away. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again.

Love this place! Even in the winter, we found lots to do within walking distance. The host was super informative, responsive, and kind.

Very nice, comfortable Condo with more comforts than home. Kitchen was well stocked for nights cooking in, the basics with stuff like condiment packets, salt, pepper, parchment pepper, cooking oil etc. They also provided extras like Laundary soap, Shampoo, Pods for the coffee maker, Biscotti, and foil and food storage bags. The local restaurants were extremely accommodating to the wiggly yellow lab, Ms. Heidi. In fact she left a yelp review for the fish and chips at the Bay Breeze... Two thick drool streams down, which in dog language is better than 4 paws up! Linens were clean and of high thread count, everything was sparkling clean and the bottle of Vino was a nice and well appreciated touch. I couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and when the weekly tsunami alert went off while we were packing out and couldn't find the keys to the rental car, (Mine broke down and spent the week in a local repair shop. (Alley Automotive, is an honest repair shop) My blood pressure went up by about 30 points. Sherri had texted me immediately to let me know that it was a weekly event and not to worry.. There's nothing quite like a Tsunami warning when you can't find the car keys, to kick your ticker into a gallop. I only wish the local clubs would've had live music more than Wednesdays and weekends. Keep in mind if you're city folk, that virtually everything closes by 9 PM in the fall. (I don't know about summer time.) The only complaints I have, had to do with the wildfire smoke, my damned car breaking down, getting fixed and the lady that creamed me while sitting in said car, while parked to drop off the rental car, on the way home. That's an issue that may take a while to resolve. My whiplash. I'd gladly stay there again. It's like life at half speed. I needed that.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Process was easy from A to Z. The essentials were available, and everything we needed was addressed. We would stay there again.

Right from the get go Dan and Sherri were amazing hosts messaging us when the VRBO app was down making sure we had all we needed on check in and gave us their local recommendations. The apartment was everything we could hope for with so much thoughtfulness put into it. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare our thanksgiving meal with lots of little extras like spices, some snacks, and coffee. The view - that needs a review in itself. The sunsets were spectacular right from deck and the beach right across the street. Our kid loved, loved the pool, as well as the beach toys. The bedroom was a little chilly , no heater, but the duvets on the bed made it super cosy. We will be back as it was pure bliss.

I was blown away when I entered the suite. The Beach is my Happy Place so when I saw the beach decor throughout the suite, I immediately knew that I was in the right place for me & my aging dog. to spend some special time together. Everything in this condo was updated and welcoming! The view is, of course, the main attraction, but great furnishings, plenty of fluffy towels, nice linens, well stocked kitchen, and a little welcome basket made it just about perfect. Great communication, great location! Only one horrible thing - leaving! We will definitely be back.

We've stayed at several condos over the years but this was one of our favorites

It was a wonderful stay for my family and had all the things to make us feel comfortable. They even accomodated a late checkout for us because my husband had to work late on our last day. It was a bonus time for me to play on the beach with my kids. They had all the beach toys, chairs, and wagon. We recommended to our friends for a future stay!

My parents used to rent a condo at Jacob’s Landing every summer 30 years ago so my hubby and I decided to return. We definitely weren’t disappointed! The condo is right across the street from the beach where we spent all of our time when the tide was out. Amenities included beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, beach bag, and a wagon to haul everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality items (ie pots, pans, blender, knifes, silverware, plates, glasses) so we truly had everything at our fingertips. With the hot weather, we appreciated that there were several fans we could use. Only complaint was that the sliding glass doors did not have screens so we ended up with quite a few bugs inside. The complimentary treats, bath items, etc. pushed this VRBO to exceptional. Owners were very communicative and we highly recommend a stay. Cant wait to come back ourselves!

Great week here. Condo was perfect for us - lovely view of ocean, clean, well stocked, and toys for grandchildren who stayed nearby. . Can’t beat the location and we had everything we needed. Will return.
