The sofa and armchair in the lounge were quite uncomfortable,the sofa in particular. In the ideal world the sofa needs replacing.

Location is perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to shops and bars. Few issues on arrival but hosts quick to resolve.

Downstairs furniture is a little uncomfortable and the Villa is slightly dated in the bathrooms and kitchen area.

Nice villa with all of the facilities/ amenities you could need (and sea view from the master bedroom is fabulous). Location is excellent, being with in 10 min walk of several Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurant me and most importantly the beautiful Arenal D’en Castell beach. We walked everywhere. An extra special mention to Gurbia from La Villa company whom has been so incredibly helpful, from answering questions prior to booking to advising on local COVID test facilities and even booking out taxi to return to the airport . Thank You Gurbia, you are a credit to La Villa Co.

This is not a didn’t like but more of a suggestion. I know you don’t spend much time inside , however the living area could be updated as I’m not sure you would comfortably seat 6 people (that the villa can accommodate).

The villa has a great location, about a 5 minute walk from a collection of bars/restaurants, the town is lovely. The villa has a great view across the beach and bay. Very clean and modern, air conditioning in every room. Highly recommend the villa and the town for a peaceful holiday . Very good communication from the letting agents.

The sunbeds were a little dated and maybe needed a refurbishment but we would book this villa again irrespective.

Lovely villa, well equipped with air con, fan and wifi. 5’ walk to Arenal den Castell beach. One of the best family friendly beaches in Menorca. It is part of 4 consecutive villas one next to the other. Villa Elsie is at one end. Great swimming pool and bbq, private parking. There is a huge hotel close by but due to Covid it was closed so it was quiet in the area. The villa next to us was also empty so we were lucky with privacy and noise. There is a lovely restaurant also 5’ walk in the direction of the beach. We had a great time at Villa Elsie. Thank you!

The mattresses form the main bedroom and the smallest bedroom need upgrade. They were not comfortable at all...
