Main floor has a good layout w wonderful lake views. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to use. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is great, too.

Luxury on the lake pretty much sums it up. This home is spacious but cozy. The 2 main floor bedrooms with on suites was a real plus for our 2 couple group. The upper level bedroom also provides a full bath. The kitchen was beautiful and functional. Well stocked with dishes and utensils. Great coffee bar! The beds were comfortable...another big plus. The home was exceptionally clean and organized (no clutter). The upper level game area was nice with a great view of the lake. The walk to the beach wasn't far for us but just note the driveway might be considered long for some. The private beach is across the road at the end of driveway.We were able to enjoy an awesome camp fire our first night. Plenty of wood , chairs and tables provided. Solar patio lights added to the beautiful Autumn evening. Well worth the walk! We would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Great view of the lake and sunsets. Very roomy, clean, and quiet. Long Point Park and the boat launch just a few miles away.

My family enjoyed our visit. The house is exactly as pictured and equiped with everything you could need for a week. There are hiking trails on the property that my husband and I enjoyed. We spent most of our time hiking the falls in Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Seneca Mills Falls. It is a drive to go places but the views are spectacular so we didn't mind. The only downside to our trip is, we all decided, that we didn't plan to stay 2 weeks.

Loved this lake house! Clean, short walk to the water and in a cute little town. Kitchen was well equipped and the decor was adorable. Will be back!

The house was spotless, with some great amenities. Walked over to the lake, just across the end of the driveway. Easy check in.

No problems whatsoever very easy in and out parking area made it easy for us to bring our suitcases etc. in and out love the area

My siblings and their spouses (3 senior couples) found this house to meet most all of our needs. Each of us had our own bed and bathroom which is a real plus. We really enjoyed the game room. We brought our own reversible curling/shuffleboard and had tournaments. We set up a puzzle on the lower table which was a bit of a challenge for our knees and backs. And, we used the table upstairs for late night pinochle games. The lighting downstairs in the dining area leaves something to be desired. The florescent lights hum, put out dim lighting, and periodically one of the bulbs would go out. The only other criticism is the lack of ESPN on the TV. It was baseball playoff time and it would have been nice to watch these games. The house is beautiful. The kitchen very well stocked. And we watched a family of deer come by everyday to sample apples from the trees out front. The firepit area by the lake is a lovely, peaceful place to watch the sunset and enjoy s'mores.

We loved the beautiful home and views from the many windows. It had everything we needed, from kitchen ware to games. We loved watching the deer come each evening to dine on fallen apples from the apple trees in the front yard. We loved the proximity to the village of Aurora and many nice wineries. It was extremely relaxing and we look forward to another vacation in the area in the future. We didn't realize we'd need to cross a busy road to get to the lake, but that worked out fine.

Perfect property close to Aurora. Very updated, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this beautiful home with a great lake view while visiting the Finger Lakes.

Spacious, comfortable home in a peaceful setting. Easy access to village, McKenzie Childs and wineries.

There is a highway between the house and the usable lake front, no mention of this or pictures of this in the listing. Also 1 of the bathrooms was locked, only through luck did we find a note inside a drawer with a key saying if you need this bathroom use this key to open. Otherwise the house was spotless and perfect for our needs

This property far exceeded our expectations not only in cleanliness, but in aesthetics. We stayed here for a much needed girl’s weekend. The house was spacious and well suited for the 5 of us. We enjoyed sitting at the water’s edge and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, soaking up some April sunshine during the day, and playing games, making food and enjoying the modern amenities of the house in the evening. By far it was the best Vrbo property we have ever stayed at! We will be back for sure.

This house was great! The views in the living room and kitchen area were gorgeous. You could see the lake and sunsets. We saw eagles, deer, and other wildlife during our stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped and open. The bedrooms are cozy, and it was nice having laundry onsite. The best part was the private beach. We watched the sunset every night and had a campfire, while the water grazed our toes. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house with an amazing view. The kitchen is pretty new, and had everything needed to prep meals. We explored the area; there's a lot to do. Highly recommend Quarry Ridge Winery which is only about 3 miles up the road.

Clean, comfort and updated.

My friends and I came and had an amazing long weekend here and enjoyed amazing views of Cayuga Lake. The house is very clean, has a great layout and was well decorated. The kitchen had great appliances/pots/pants but did not come with cooking oil so be sure to bring that and any of your favorite spices if you are planning to cook (otherwise, there is a Wegman's about 30 mins away). We utilized the grill and the fire pit each night and it did not disappoint! The location was really easy as we wanted to stay near wineries and our favorite ended up being down the road from this house which worked out perfectly. There is also a game room (with board games) and a foosball table which we utilized when it was a bit rainy and enjoyed dinner outside when it was nice to see the sunset off the lake. We would absolutely come again - already thinking about a return trip next year!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable - perfect for the family time. It is exceptionally clean, equipped with all needed cooking equipment for any meals and nicely decorated with colors and textures to complement the feel of the local environment. We specially enjoyed the views of the lake in the bright and spacious family room joined with the kitchen in open plan design. It’s a bit of the drive to the major state parks but the cozy house makes up for the distance. We really enjoyed our stay!!

This was a safe getaway. The layout of the house was great. There were many quality kitchen appliances. The house was beautiful and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that would make this perfect would be hot water that comes on quickly and good water pressure when taking a shower. I would love to come back to this property as it had a beautiful view of the lake. The furniture was comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this house! We felt almost like we were staying in a hotel suite, the quality of service was that good! Enjoyed a wonderful hike into the village. Our girls loved it.

My family needed a change of scenery for a few days and found a gem in this Lake Cayuga home. It's spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from the essentials (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) to extras like a Primo Water Cooler (hot, room temp and cold water), 2 Cuisinart coffee makers (K-cup and 14-cup) and a nice food processor. The photos included with the listing very accurately represented the interior. If anything, it feels more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed the very short walk to the lake with our morning coffee and would love to return in the warmer weather to get the full experience. Highly recommended!!

I even had a surprise in the large empty room upstairs as it was the perfect place for early morning yoga.The views were spectacular. The fire pit located across the street was well maintained and the fire ring was large enabling us to fit lots of wood to keep ourselves comfortable on a chilly fall day.It’s a beautiful spot would definitely rent this place again.

We rented this home for a couple of days to seek tranquility during a chaotic time in our country. It was exactly what we were hoping for and needed! Upon arriving, our kids (ages 11, 9 and 5) immediately discovered the tree swing. From the incredible view of the lake to a home complete with so many thoughtful and tranquil touches, we had a wonderful stay, and our kids repeatedly commented on how much they liked it there. We were surprised by the bonus room upstairs- in addition to the 3 bedrooms, there's a huge room that runs along the length of the house with sofas and kids' games/puzzles. Adding a few classic games like scrabble, chess, checkers, backgammon, etc. would be great. Amenity-wise, we would have loved liquid hand/body soap in the bathrooms and kitchen and perhaps also a few covid-safe cooking staples. We'd absolutely come back again!

Had a wonderful girls weekend. House was just as advertised. Even though the house is not right on the water, it is set up on a hill so you have a beautiful view of the lake. I would definitely stay there again.

Renting the property was easy. The house was absolutely beautiful. Early fall is the best way to get away. Great wineries in the area and really good food at the local restaurants. Hated to leave. Will have to book again!
