Posizione della struttura - Accoglienza da migliorare nessuna spiegazione sui servizi riscaldamento etc.. periodo morto ma nessun servizio disponibile impossibile trovare un caffè in zona consiglio una semplice macchinetta in camera

Appartamento pulito ben arredato e con ogni confort …

Ben decentrato ma a 2 min dal centro silenzioso e accogliente personale discreto e presente se necessario

Politeness and velocity during the check in

The rooms are big comfortable and well equiped, all seems to be in quite a new condition and very well maintenrd. The room has 2 sleeping rooms, one small with a single bed, and the other equipted with a king size bed ac and a big screen tv. Toilets and shower are quite big and clean , a fully equiped kitchen a living room with a sofa,ac big tv, and a dinig table for 4.

Location is quite remote so you will require a car getting there which was no bother in our case. There is no sign when you arrive there and it took us some time to find it.the place even though we were there.

The owner was very flexible and had given me 2 separate rooms, unit is very clean.

The person in charge of the key was very kind, good appointment was made to check in via WhatsApp.

I had a terrible sleeping couch..the advertisement sells the accommodation for 4 people with one master bedroom and one sleeping couch.. well you cannot sleep on the sleeping couch and if you don't sleep can you imagine how your feeling of holidays goes after a week? the master bedroom had a not working TV.. for me was not a problem but I guess you like to have all functional for the price you pay..

the suite was spacious but old stained and dirty mattress and the suite was infested with ants.

old stained mattress stained with pee or other bodily fluids. mattress was bent in a V shape, you can feel all the springs. the suite has an ant infestation
