The cleanliness of the house was not up to par, but the staff at Sotheby's made every effort to correct it. Very professional, listened to all concerns, reassured me that all matters will be taken care of, and response to inquires where amazingly prompt.

Recommendation I would make:

plastic mixing bowls (3 sets)
TV IN MASTER BEDROOM A MUST!!!!!

The property was fantastic. Except for a leaky A/C unit, this property included anything and everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay in Cape Cod.

It was clean, spacious, well equipped with anything you can imagine - from kitchen utensils and spices and books and games to outdoor activities (bikes, kayaks, fire pit, hammock - you name it). Very quiet neighborhood. We walked every day to the beach. Highly recommend the place.
