We had amazing weather and enjoyed the lake tremendously. House was ample for our group.

My family has enjoyed vacationing at Lake Anna for many years and always spend a week renting a house with close friends on the lake. Many of the elements of enjoying a week at a lake are included in this house. It has an easy access boat ramp a block away, and plenty of space for docking your boat. The dock is spacious, and it includes a slide, and diving board which was fun for all. The location gave you easy access to the marinas, state park, and restaurants by either car or boat. The property had plenty of space for parking if needed as well. Unfortunately, there were things about the house that do need improvement. The lighting was very poor at night on the dock, and the lights they had did not work well. The air conditioning unit in the house did not do a good job of keeping rooms cool, and the downstairs often was warm. The room my wife and I shared had virtually no lighting and did not include any closet space. We only had a small dresser for clothing. We had to check in late since the cleaning crew was delayed, and there were parts of the house that did not seem exceptionally clean. Overall, the house has a lot of potential and it had the necessary components of having fun on the lake. Personally, this area of the lake is pretty busy, and there is quite a bit of boat traffic.

We loved the house with all the amenities. The only thing I would suggest ( coming from a homeowner that lives in the woods. Outside doors & deck need power washed, bugs and spiderwebs in all the door tracks also on inside windows. Decking down near pier has dangerous holes with jagged wood around them. Grandson got toe cut from them.. Smoke alarm was going off in middle of night needs new battery also noticed the alarms themselves are out of date.

We were very excited for our stay at Unleashed on Lake Anna but became a little disappointed once arriving. The house is in a beautiful location with dock being in a no wake zone. The house could be amazing if there were better upkeep for instance: the house was extremely dirty with cobwebs in corners of the ceilings in kitchen, dirty dishes put away in the kitchen cabinets, dead bugs, dust, and dirt in many corners of the home. There were also many elements outdoors that need some work, the patio furniture was dirty and covered in mold when we arrived along with a massive hole in the dock going through to the water and many other rotting boards on the dock. House has so much potential to be incredible with the slide and diving board on the dock but needs some maintenance and cleaning.

The house was dirty when we arrived. There was food crumbs on the kitchen table and floor. We had to clean it ourselves. The HVAC system doesn’t work well. It was a sauna in the basement bedroom and freezing cold in the upstairs bedrooms especially the master. We had to change the filter ourselves. Missing lightbulbs in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Vacasa sent someone out but only did the upstairs bathroom. There are stains everywhere on the carpet throughout house. The outside was extremely dirty. The furniture was unusable. Vacasa said they would send someone out to clean but never did!! The dock has a lot of rotten wood with a big hole. They had it covered up with a rock. There are loose boards. Very dangerous. We did enjoy the slide and diving board.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. However, we were disappointed that we really couldn't use the outside dock and decks after dark. There is no power/electricity on at the pier and deck. No flood lights, no dock lights. The photos show a nice dock area with a tiki bar and chairs but you can't sit out there or fish after dark. That was very upsetting. If you don't have any intention of doing anything after dark, then this house is perfect. Perhaps, the owner will consider turning the power and lights on at the dock.

My family enjoyed spending a long weekend here. The location on the lake and the dock setup is great for kids and boating. The Cove is close as well. The house comfortably slept our group and the kids enjoyed the large yard. The check in & out process is one of the best/easiest that I have experienced with a rental. I definitely recommend for families.

This house amazing. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space for all. The house had everything you need and more. It was clean and all ready when we got there. The dock was a huge hit. The kids loved the slide and diving board. We all enjoyed how spacious the dock was, we were all able to fish and enjoy the water. The location of the house is perfect. Nice and quite and close to gas and food. The only issues we had was the keypad code didnt work when we arrived but that was quickly resolved. The only other issue was that the sheets/bed set in the lower level bedroom were dirty. We just changed the sheets using the extra linen provided. All around we had a great weekend and would love to stay again!

This house was the perfect spot for our group! The deck area by the lake was huge and the slide and diving board were a big hit with the kids. The house was a extremely clean upon arrival and we loved how Vacasa left soap and hand sanitizer at every sink. The only complaint we had was the blender did not work. Also, just so other renters are aware, this house is located on an area of the lake that often gets swimming advisories (especially later in the summer) due to higher levels of Cyanobacteria in the water. One was issued just before our trip. This is not anyone’s fault, just want people who are not familiar with Lake Anna to be aware in case this is a deal breaker for you.

House was absolutely perfect. Deck area has both sun and shade. The only issue we had was getting locked in downstairs bathroom. Door knob needs to be changed. Plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed board games in evening after great day on the water. Hopefully will be back.

The house was as listed and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen adequately equipped. Dock was nice. One issue we had was with the TV on the lower level, kept shutting off about every 40 minutes or so.

We loved the layout of the house and the privacy. Everything was so clean and ready for us. Our only suggestion would be a larger TV on the main floor for a family movie night. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have to admit, i didn't do a thing all week, just lounge and be fed. I drove the pontoon boat I rented after dinner every night for sunset viewing. Highly recommended. Not much traffic on the bridge, no impact. I think I owe you a pillow, one of my guests grabbed the wrong one. Call ya Monday.

Really lovey home, well stocked and very comfortably. Would be nice if there was a house booklet which explained how everything worked.

Multiple outdoor venues to enjoy. Our Fall trip was beautiful. I can only imagine the summer fun at the water!

This house had everything we could have wanted. Plenty of space spread across 3 floors, a private dock we used for fishing and swimming, and great deck space to enjoy the private community.

We are already planning on returning next year!!!

Really enjoyed our time at Unleashed on Lake Anna. House has a very modern and new look and feel. Location is great for swimming and out of the way of all the boat traffic. Slide, diving board, floating mattresses and kayaks were fantastic adds that the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

Great, updated house with all amenities. The dock on the lake was a huge hit with the kids who spent all their time going off the diving board and slide.
