We had to purchase paper towels to clean fridge since there were none. Outdoor garbage container was 75% full upon arrival. Ants in 2nd floor bathroom. 2nd floor bedrooms smelled like cologne & beer. We've rented from this owner for 14 years & never had issues like this. Enjoyed our 2 week stay but fridge condition & no response / no follow-up from Gibson-Sotheby was a negative. Perhaps someone should inspect overall condition prior to 4PM check-in

This was such a great choice for my family. We are a family of four who traveled with a “plus one” and it was a perfect set up. The young adults were comfortable upstairs and the grown ups were happy on the main floor. The property is exactly as pictured online and very well equipped. The weather wasn’t great the week we were there but we did get in a few Rail Trail rides, a trip to the ocean one day and many walks into the small Brewster business district that’s right up the road. My favorite feature is the screened in porch. Perfect for morning coffee! This house had everything you could want for a Cape Cod vacation. Booking, check in and check out were a breeze. We have stayed elsewhere on the Cape but never with such a good combo of location and comfortable house. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay, my sons fished on the salt flat! Location was perfect!

This cottage was just what we were looking for! It's on a quiet (unpaved) road and just a short (<5 min) walk to Point of Rocks Landing beach. The cottage has everything needed - wagon, beach toys, puzzles and games, wifi/smart TV, and plenty of inside and outside space. The 3-season porch and deck are well-furnished, and include a grill. The yard was surprisinglyg large, with a fire-pit (and stash of wood), hammock, and outdoor shower (not yet open for business as we visited in April, but I can imagine how useful it would be during the summer). The kitchen is also well-stocked, with more than you typically find in a vacation rental. We enjoyed the beach multiple times per day, easily popping home for lunch (and toddler naps), then back out to the beach. The outside space allowed us to enjoy a socially-distanced dinner, fire pit session, and s'mores with Cape resident friends. Hope we can visit again during the summer or fall - it's booking quickly.

We used the provided beach chairs daily as we took the quick stroll to the beach down the street and enjoyed the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor lights every night. The location in Brewster was perfect, close to both the beach and the shops on Main Street. We look forward to renting here again in the future!
