Really well equipped and tastefully decorated. Excellent outside area - pool and lovely garden. Great location for town and beach.

Hot water wasn’t always reliable for 10 people showering.

We( group of 8 friends) had an excellent stay at the villa and can only mention that it was perfect in every thinkable way. Super clean, with eye for details on every aspect. No single complaint. We would also like to point out that the communication was excellent. The e- mails up front and all the others like welcoming us and informing us about many things in the Area separates them from the average with great distance. They also offered the possibility to have groceries delivered even when we were not yet there. A wonderful experience

We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Seabreeze Villa. Manolis, our host, met us on arrival and was extremely attentive to our needs throughout our stay. He arranged for a midweek clean which was extremely thorough and cleaned the pool every day. A superb Welcome Basket was provided and included lots of lovely Cretan products plus everyday essentials like bread, butter, water, etc. Manolis also provided washing tablets, fabric conditioner and dishwasher tablets. He has thought of absolutely everything. The villa is exceptionally clean and modern. It has every amenity you can think of including pool towels, hairdryers and toilet rolls. As a family of 7 adults and 1 child, all of our needs were extremely well catered for. If you are travelling with a baby/toddler, there is a cot, highchair, pushchair and potty available to use. There are also bikes available to use, free of charge, whilst at the villa. There is also a selection of pool games, outdoor children's area and a table tennis table. The villa is set is a convenient location which is close to the beach and some lovely restaurants all within walking distance. The town of Panormos is beautiful. It has a quaint cobbled street which is full of shops and restaurants. There is also a day spa where you can have a variety of different massages. On the seafront there is a further array of delicious restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops and a fish spa. There are some water sports available from the beach at Panormos but a greater variety is available at Bali beach, approximately 15 minutes drive away. Rethymno is only a 25 minute drive by car and also has a good selection of decent restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Crete and would definitely return to this amazing villa. We can honestly say that this is the best villa we have ever been to. Many thanks to Manolis for making our stay in Crete so special.

We liked everything.

Our group of 7 (including a 2 year old) loved every aspect of our stay. The villa is outstanding. It has a wide range of modern amenities and is extremely well designed. It has a very high specification. The owner, Manolis, is responsive, pleasant and helpful. He replied immediately to any questions during our stay. The villa is located within walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. We booked a private chef on one evening and that was a marvellous experience. A great holiday!

We had no complaints at all. It was absolutely perfect!

This was just what we needed... relaxed from the moment we arrived. So easy to find, owner waiting on our arrival. Gorgeous property with everything you could think of within (from baby monitors and armbands to outdoor toys for the kids to cake moulds and blenders in the kitchen!) Beautiful garden & outdoor areas - we loved cooking dinner on the terrace and relaxing in the evenings. (good resto at end of road - Kastro we frequented often on none cooking nights!) Lovely beaches nearby - cute little village. The villa itself was brilliant - the beds were amazing (I'd an accident at Christmas and was worried about my back and hips sleeping on a dodgy bed - no need to - the mattress and pillow were amazing!) we were potty training my son pre arrival - and our delight at finding potty and toilet seat for him was unreal!!) they really have thought of everything. Location perfect even without car - turn right out of villa and 2 mins to beach. turn left and 2 mins to village (less on the bikes!!) We cant wait to go back.

The villa was absolutely amazing! We have stayed in some fantastic villas all over the world and can genuinely say that this is the best we stayed in. It is a huge property, very clean and in a fantastic location. Right next to the beach, and walking distance from our favourite restaurant Kastro Cretan. It was my wife's birthday during our stay here and the owner Manolis came to the villa with a birthday cake. The pool was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved the park with swings and slide in the garden as well as the table tennis. We also booked a private chef to our villa which was the best food we have ever had. Thanks for an amazing stay
