I stayed two weeks at this place and all was great. The apartments come with everything you need for your stay + nice small touches like coffee. One thing to note - no washing machine, but that's no big deal - The Laundry Room is a great place to have a beer or eat brunch while you're doing your laundry - seriously.

It's about a 15min walk from the beach, but it's not a big deal.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Vica. We had a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for our small family. It is a new build with modern appliances. There is a Bbq near the pool which is perfect for family dinners. The pool is a great size and alternative for when you don’t want to get sandy! The WiFi is fast and the TV stations had many choices (usually you don’t find this in hotels or other rental accommodations). Vincente was extremely gracious host, very responsive to queries and requests - he also helped us with local recommendations and even getting our travel documents printed for when we had to return. We loved it so much that we would definitely return with friends as the apartments lend itself very conveniently to group holidays. It is close to Praia da Martinhal (vast Sandy beach for families) and the absolutely stunning Praia do Tonel (excellent for surfers). Everything in Sagres, I mean, literally everything is only 4-5mins drive from here. The location is unbeatable. Thanks Vincent & Catarina.

It would have been great to have a washing machine - as you have to do laundry at the Intermarche or a local laundry bar - but honestly, this is a minor thing and didn’t bother us much. Absolutely recommend the Laundry Lounge Bar for this where you can have a coffee/lunch/dinner while your clothes are being washed.

Great apartment located close to the centre of Sagres. Having stayed in Sagres several times before, this is by far the best place we’ve found. Modern and newly built, the place is perfect for a weeks getaway with comfortable and clean rooms and a nice outdoor pool with relaxing surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped if you’d like to cook yourselves along with kitchen basics like coffee, oil etc. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. We really felt comfortable staying there. The location is just perfect, in walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and a 5 min drive to the beaches. We will definitely come back!

The only thing we’ve missed is a heating as it gets quite chilly in winter.

Very nice new apartment. New, clean, with a good lighting and fast WI-FI connection. Beds are comfortable and the outside area is really nice.

We just had a few minor issues with some smell sometime and a few times power went off. I have to say it happened seldomely and given the fact that it is a new house it can probably be fixed.
