We (my daughter and I) had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfy studio. It was the perfect size for us. Loved the homey feel and the completeness of the kitchen. Had everything we needed and then some! Property Manager was attentive and responded quickly when I reached out to her. Will definitely keep this location in mind when visiting Purgatory again.

Had a great quick stay! Less than a 5 minute walk to the chair lifts. Highly recommend this book place if you’re a family of 4 or less.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the room was very comfortable. We were close enough to the lifts, but just the right distance from the resort to enjoy it without all of the noise! We would definitely stay here again!

This small condo is set up perfectly for a ski trip. Plenty of hooks and hangers for gear, boot/ glove dryer, and we’ll equipped kitchen to prepare meals. It’s also just a short, easy walk to the slopes..

My family of four stayed at this property over the new year’s holiday. For skiing, the location was very convenient. Just a short walk in ski boots to the main lift. A little further to the Twilight lift. This unit also has a ski locker which was convenient so that skis and equipment didn’t take up the smaller space. Ideally, I think the unit is best suited for two people, but there is a nice pull out bed, in addition to the queen size bed that was fine for my two kids. The unit is nicely stocked with everything you would, need including the most important for me -a coffee maker and filters. Kaki was very responsive to my questions. The unit doesn’t have designated parking and so if it’s a bit crowded, finding a spot is a bit challenging. Overall cozy, clean and comfortable making our ski vacation easy and convenient.

Although our stay was in the summer, we can see where this would be a great ski destination. Excellent property owner.

It got stuffy at night without an A.C. unit. The washer and dryer is 4 flights of stairs and was $2.25 for each. We had a hard time rounding up that many quarters.

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us to stay the night as we got together with other members of our extended family for outings in and around Durango.

We had a great time. Location was perfect for getting to and from the slopes.

The VRBO was well-furnished, clean, had good parking, and was conveniently located near many excellent hiking trails.

This was really a neat little set up for us. Was running in Silverton on Saturday for a marathon. The location was perfect. 20 miles up the road to Silverton 25 miles back down the road to Durango. Right in the middle perfect spot perfect location. Clean one bedroom VRBO would absolutely do it again. Thank you.

This is a great condo at Purgatory. I stayed there initially with a friend, then with my partner. The kitchen is awesome and well-stocked with good supplies, and the cross breeze from the windows keeps the place cool. The owner was a great communicator and provided check in and check out information and local tips. The mini pull out couches are good for someone like 5'2" and under.

Our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect! The owner was in contact from the time I made the reservation. The location was within walking distance to the ski lifts and the condo had everything we needed to make it our home away from home for a long weekend. I was impressed with the ease of check in and the cleanliness of the unit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt for our needs. Everything was very cozy. The owner even provided information about the area when I asked. This isn't a huge unit but it was perfect for my husband and I to unwind and relax after a long day of hiking the mountain. We could have easily brought our kids and we would have all been comfortable. The owner made our first experience with VRBO a very positive one and we will most likely travel this way in the future. I reccomend staying here to anyone who is looking for a simple get away to the purgatory area.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at unit 352 of Angel Haus just a very short walk from the main chairlift at Purgatory for an epic weekend of snowboarding. This unit is absolutely perfect for a couple spending time at the mountain. It has everything you need for a hassle-free stay (i.e. in addition to pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc., it has things you may not think about like paper towels, aluminum foil, hot chocolate packets, ice in the freezer and so on). Kathryn is very thorough in her communications and everything is easy and exactly like she says. From hassle-free check-in to parking tips to the ski locker, we had everything needed for a great time. And pricing is reasonable considering the outstanding location. We highly recommend and will be back for our next trip to Purgatory. Thanks!

We stayed at this condo over New Year’s during a quick trip up to Colorado to ski. The owner was very responsive and proactively helped us with lift tickets in the midst of COVID. There is not a lot of parking available in front of the condo. You may have to park and walk but you can unload your vehicle at the doorstep. The unit is located on the third floor and has a nice view of the slope. It’s a little dated but it served a purpose perfectly. Everything is represented in the listing so there were no surprises at all.

We stayed here over Christmas and it worked out great. A short walk to the slopes and it was roomy enough for three adults.
