Love the mermaid theme and the homey feel.

We LOVED our stay! The house was so well equipped, so comfortable, and in the perfect location for us to visit the beaches (granted, nothing is far in Morro Bay in general!). The home was incredibly clean, the kitchen well stocked (we had a guest with food restrictions that needed to make all her own meals and she was very impressed). Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The house has a lovely beach theme. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. Ping pong table. Nice patio with fire pit. There was a game closet! There were nice amenities like tea Keurig cups, toiletries, towels folded into flowers, etc. It's very close to the beach (you can walk or drive).

The house was very clean and super comfortable and it’s decorated great to re-enforce that beach vacation feel. The dining table accommodates 10, great for playing games and having meals. Restrooms were well stocked, including hand soap, shampoo & conditioner and body wash - very nice! The kitchen has a great assortment of dishes and we appreciated the Keurig! We had plenty of parking in the front and side of the house for our multiple vehicles. We could easily walk to the beach and it was a short drive to the shops and restaurants downtown. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The only problem we had was getting a text about a noise complaint from neighbors even though we were all asleep in bed by 10 PM.

With 2 "master bedroom suites" plus another bed with dual bunkbeds, everyone had lots of privacy and space. The ping-pong table was a great time for us too. The kitchen was smaller than anticipated, but we did very little cooking and took advantage of Taco Temple down the road (Delicious!). It was awesome to be so close to the beach.
