Great place to stay in summer

The place was clean, location good for travel to/from city. Could use a new couch. Super uncomfortable. Spring or something sticking up in middle. Very uncomfortable to sit/sleep on. More than one roll of toilet paper would have been nice too., but otherwise, quiet place and very clean.

The apartment was very clean, looked nice, and close parking was available each day. The coils in the couch were problematic. I am a small person, and the coils sank completely down so there is essentially no cushion. We resolved this by putting down throw pillows and that worked as a fix. Communication with the property manager was difficult. I reached out several times before the stay and during and only got a timely response to a question and concern when I went through VRBO. James was very nice when I did speak to him, but doesn’t seem to be readily available.

We stayed here for a friends weekend in the city. The hills in Yonkers are killer but the train station for the Hudson Line is within walking distance and the bus stops are right outside. We wish we would have had a car to save some walking but it was manageable. The apartment was clean and tidy, and good for quiet sleep after a long day seeing the sights.

Property was very nice. There were many pros. A few cons we’re the lack of lighting. Very difficult to see in the kitchen. Stove light, undercounted lights and overhead light were not working. Information to enter was not provided. Other important information regarding key, parking, etc was provided in an email a day after we arrived.

On the overview of the apartment, they do not warn you that this apartment IS NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS; they tell you after you pay in full the reservation. My partner and I stayed for a week and never heard of the host during our stay. We were missing some commodities that are falsely advertised on this apartment. WIFI IS NOT AVAILABLE HERE; TV only works with WIFI, therefore no TV; Hair Dryer does not work, the balcony is pitch dark in the night as it has no lights outside. We tried to reach the host for support but did not receive a single word back. The contact information provided by the system is not real; you can not contact to the email or phone you receive after you pay in full the reservation. The "host" contacts you from a different email address but only for giving you the apartment address and a huge list of instructions that failing to follow them will incur in additional charges to you. Our average travel time BY CAR was 30-40min to Manhattan As my review is honest, I´ll admit the apartment itself was nice and clean when we did the check-in and the neighborhood is really quiet.

Very clean & loved the Feng Shui setup & the art.

Mandarin BNB was very beautifully and professionally decorated! Amenities were tasteful & clean and the view was very nice. The host was very quick and helpful when answering questions and was very accommodating. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential items, and the bathroom and bedrooms were as well. The sofa-bed was very stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on. If they provided extra cushioning (such as a mattress topper), it would make this BNB perfect! We got dinner from the famous Pizza Barn which is a must try. This air bnb was spacious enough for my family of 4 and the neighborhood is very quiet as well. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

My daughter had a great time at the apartment. Very clean and access was easy and Mr Chu was very helpful during entire stay. The recommendation is to two beds with a King size.
