This is a very nice property, pictures and descriptions are very accurate. When opening the door the cleanliness and the fresh clean aroma was nice. We came prepared, unpacking and settling in for a week with four teenagers. Everything was in excellent condition, ample space for cooking until your heart's desire. The bedrooms were immaculate, Linens, and cleanliness of the rooms in every room served us well. We would or have recommend this property to anyone whom may be needing a large condo this is the way to go. It was also nice Being able to bring our little Shih tzu which made it especially attractive and comforting for the dog and myself.

We came prepared, unpacking and setting up our kitchen was easy, the appliances, the utensils, in excellent condition, ample space for cooking til your heart's desire:) The bedrooms were immaculate, we checked! Linens, cleanliness of the rooms every room served us well. The beach was across the street, the community pool was small, our kids loved it, my adult son called it a puddle, he's a big guy tho, but the sauna pool made up for it, pleasant, relaxing amenity. There was plenty outside entertainment close by on US 17, restaurants, shopping, we went to see relatives over in Latta and Dillon, we had relatives come see us..All in All, Jones Family Vacation was a Blast! Property Owner Debra, very kind in the inbox, checked on us and assured if we had any questions she was available, but everything was just perfect! Yes, we found our Happy Place and will be booking again!!

We had a great stay Debra’s property. It was one of the best equipped places I ever stayed. Location was great with beach access right across the street. Debra stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were being met. Would definitely stay there again!

It was very clean and beautiful. We enjoy the place very much. Debra was very helpful and very nice to talk to. It's been awhile since we was on vacation and this was a great place to stay. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room at the place so everyone could do what they wanted. It was a very short to the beach. It was right across from the public beach access. Would definitely come back.

This condo was very spacious and clean and accommodated everyone. Very short walk to the beach; basically across the street. Fully stocked kitchen so we had everything we needed to eat in if we wanted to. The host was just a text message away and messaged us to make sure everything was going well. Also beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this rental. We had a great vacation.

We totally enjoyed our stay. I really appreciated the cleanliness. Sometimes pet friendly places are dreary and not clean, but this four bedroom, three bath place is updated and a place I would book again. It is right across the street from the beach, and we could see the ocean from the balcony. The only negative is the pool and hot tub. They are quite small and not the cleanest, mainly because people got in without showering off the sand. However, that is not the fault of the owner of the condo.

We just returned from a great week at the beach with family. The condo was spacious, clean, and could handle all of us... five adults and our two year old granddaughter. Owner answered texts any time we needed, but again....no issues, would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved the large kitchen, balcony with views of the sea. Third floor, but elevator is quick. Great parking, bbq area.... If you stay here, you are guaranteed a wonderful time! Miss it already!

Very clean, as advertised, quick response by owner, and perfect location! Was so close to the beach! Very roomy for my family of 7 adults and 1 child!

I have stayed at many places and this was the cleanest. It had everything we needed. The location was great. Me and another mom took 5 16 year olds for their spring break. The boys had a blast. They would go from the beach to the hot tub and back to the beach and we did not have to worry. In the morning I would watch the sunrise right from the balcony. It was beautiful. The owner was great. She was always in contact with us and also had everything we needed to know written and displayed where we could easily see it. There was even a welcome basket with extra items we might need. The nicest part of the condo was that the boys were on one side and we were on the other giving us our own space. Ideal for two families as well. Everything described in the listing along with the pictures was right on. Thank you for a great week.

We loved this condo! There was 7 adults, including myself, and my 18 month old. The rooms were perfect size. Plenty of open entertainment space, and having 3 full bathrooms was awesome. It was so nice to come back to a homey place after a long day of fun in the sun. The walk down to the beach took just a few minutes, just literally across the road. Fully equipped kitchen was nice. The balcony was large enough to fit the family. The beach chairs and umbrella really saved our skin lol. We will definitely be back. The only con my family had was that the mattresses for the beds were a bit firm for everyone's liking. But I would still give it 5 stars!!!!!

We were so pleased with Debra (the owner) and this property. It was incredibly clean and very spacious! The access to the beach is directly across the street making it a very easy and short walk for little kids and grandparents. The kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend this property!

The property was just as pictured and advertised. Great location and the property itself was very large and roomy. 5 adults 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and well equipped with t.v..s , dishes pots and pans. The owner was very easy to deal with and a pleasure. They went so far as to replace a keurig coffee pot that did not work upon our arrival Highly recommend this property for large family. Jean R.

This property is a gem! We took my mother-in-law & her 80-year-old bestie, my 12-year-old daughter, my 10-year-old son, and two middle aged adults. This property is the cleanest that I’ve ever experienced in my 15 years staying in North Myrtle Beach. I was elated. Also, it is so convenient to the beach and all surrounding attractions. (Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach etc.) The property manager was always available at a moments notice to check in and make sure everything was great! If you stay here you are literally right across the street from the beach! Pet friendly but you’d never know it. We absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to book again next year!

We stay in myrtle beach every year and this year was the first time here. It was great! Plenty of room for the eight of us. Four adults and 4 kids. It was a home away from home so relaxing and clean! I would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious this property was! More than enough room for 4 couples and kids. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. House was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with a decent ocean view. Even though it is across the road from the beach, it wasn’t a problem to cut across the road with our beach wagons, chairs, kids, etc to the beach entrance-only took 5 minutes if that. We have no complaints and plan to stay here again in the future!

This villa is fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. It is a very spacious and beautifully decorated unit. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. Once our kids, now 20 and 17, came along, we knew they would love the Beach as much as we did. We have been Every summer for 20 years. In 2018 my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately he lost his hard fought battle Dec of 2020. His was request was to be as one with the sand and surf. I have a large family and we needed a place that could home most of us without being on top of each other. This was perfect. There were a total of 11 of us, 10 adults 1 18 month old and we had plenty of room and privacy. We could see the ocean from the balcony, it was a fantastic view. It was a very small walk across the street to get my toes in the sand. The pool AND hot tub looked small but turned out to be the perfect size and at times we had it to just ourselves. Once you enter the condo you can tell it is taken care of with pride and diligence. It was homey and comfortable. No one complained about the beds, it was honestly some of my best sleep. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need, even a deep freezer. Debra was more then willing, timely and helpful with any question I had. The parking is tight. But I have to admit I'm not the best at parking lol. The elevator is touchy and had to be repaired twice during our stay, no fault to Debra. But she informed me ASAP when it happened and when it was fixed (there are signs everywhere telling you NOT to hold the elevator). I will tell everyone I know to stay here I would stay here again and again!!! My husband's service was beautiful and exactly what my family needed.

There’s one word to describe our stay...AMAZING!! The property was very well appointed, we had nearly everything we needed for our 7 day stay. We brought paper products for convenience but didn’t need them at all, the place was fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. We also brought our own beach towels but again, it was already provided for convenience. In terms of the overall accommodations, all rooms were lovely and well appointed. The ocean view from the master bedroom was also very nice! We had one senior in our party that fully enjoyed the beach views from the balcony. It was a quick walk to the beach from this property. My family really enjoyed the quality time and memories made while staying in our home away from home. The owners were also very nice, they touched base to be sure had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property!! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It’s also very spacious and is just a short walk across the street to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice! Debra provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay at the condo even down to a kitchen stocked with all the cookware, utensils and appliances you could ever need. It really was home away from home! We loved spending time on the balcony seeing views of the ocean. Debra was also very easy to contact if needed and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

The photos of the condo do not do it justice. Beautiful and spacious interior that met more than our needs. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning so we could thoroughly enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean, our dog enjoyed it too! Debra was excellent to communicate with and quick to respond. The pool is not heated so we took advantage of the hot tub. Definitely one of our favorites and look forward to staying again in the near future.

This house is located right across the street from the beach. Elevator access is a plus. Everything we needed to cook a big family meal all week long was right there. Spaces for everyone to be together but also have alone time. Huge balcony. Very clean and the owner was great to work with.

The property is exactly as described by other reviews. We unfortunately had two very large dogs above us in the unit and they got up between 6-7 am every day and wanted to play catch. We left early due to the amount of noise and disruption. The bed is also very hard. We bought a three inch foam mattress cover and fixed the problem. Overall a nice unit with everything you need.

Beautiful accommodations!!! Loved the condo and felt right at home. Well stocked kitchen and didn’t want for anything. Beds were comfortable too! Directly across from beach access so walking back and forth was very easy. Property manager was so nice and always easy to reach

Lovely condo! Natalie was wonderful to work with! Only negative was above us where the tenants stomped and ran on the floor all hours of the day and night and that they smoked outside on the balcony so we couldn't enjoy that

We really had a great week. Everything was as described to us. I would go back again.
