Our family had a great time on a weekend getaway at The Cozy Cottage. We were meeting up with friends and were able to get two of Cheryl’s properties within walking distance. Cheryl was very accommodating and responsive. The lakeside of the cottage is all glass with a great view of the lake. We loved having a cocktail in the evening and coffee in the morning sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. It was a short drive to Hot Springs downtown and the Hot Springs off road park. The master bed and the day bed were both extremely comfortable. It was quite warm outside but the cottage stayed a perfect temperature. Cheryl greeted our arrival with a thoughtful card and gift bag. She even thought of our puppy and left some treats for him. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to check out her properties.

I absolutely love “The Cozy Cabin”. This was my second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The view from the back deck is amazingly beautiful and the cabin is set up with everything you need, just bring food if you feel like cooking. If you’re like me and rather eat out there are many excellent restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. I’ve only been home 3 days and I’m already thinking about a return trip!

The Cozy Cottage was exactly what we needed for our weekend anniversary trip. The owners provided all the essential items, and they even left us a bottle of champagne and some local spring water. We grilled both nights we stayed and enjoyed the lake setting. We hope to come back sometime.

The property was exactly as depicted in the listing. It was very cozy and the perfect size for a couple. The basic necessities were available. The lake view was great, the area was quiet and relaxing. The host was very attentive and made sure our stay was pleasurable and trouble free. The cottage was very clean on arrival. We highly recommend this cottage.

This was such an awesome place! The house and location was just perfect. All the comforts of home with the exception this comes with a beautiful view! Enjoyed waking up to coffee on the porch enjoying the view. Owners were very helpful and answered any and all questions quickly! Definitely recommend this place! You won’t regret it!

It’s a great little cabin and seems bigger than what I remember seeing in the photos. The big windows and view were beautiful and the place was clean and nicely decorated. It was a nice, peaceful stay and my daughter said she just wanted to stay and live there!

The cabin is a lot roomier than the pictures make it look. My family of 4 plus one large dog had enough room and enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Birthday get away weekend, enjoyed the outside swing, fire pit and deck. Cabin very clean, comfortable. A bit further from town than we like to stay but overall very nice!

The profile picture should be from an angle showing the deck and location. The property is so much more than the pictures. It has an entire glass side facing the lake. Some areas are modest including the kitchen. We have rented numerous houses/cabin in various price ranges. It was perfect and exceeded expectations. Manger/owner is friendly and helpful……extended our stay.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was so nice to just look out and see the lake!! We had such a fun time just sitting on the sea wall catching brim! We can not wait to come back!!!

It was such a tranquil stay. We fished everyday because the lake was so close to the house. The view was magnificent and the home has a comfortable feel.

Anniversary weekend we planned a tomahawk and shrimp dinner. The grill had maybe 3” of heat space and tank was almost empty. This led us to getting take out for another $80 charge. EVERY ELECTRIC outlet had a febreeze plug in it. Make sure you bring EVERYTHING for the kitchen aluminum foil, spices, extra trash bags. I have rented in Broken Bow dozens of times and never ever have I had to go buy so much. If it wasn’t for the view I wouldn’t give it but 1 star

Very nice property I dnt know if there is a way or not but the boat ramp was very cluttered up with logs and and other debris that had to move before I could use it other than that every this was as advertised

Owners are great. I would rent from them again without hesitation. Cabin was comfortable and beds were great. Water view from inside cabin is sweet! Only minor issue we had was cabin is 30 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs so travel time was occasionally an issue.

We are 2 ladies in our 60's who were just looking to get away for a little R&R. The cottage proved to be cozy & comfortable & met our needs. We especially appreciated being able to park close to the door & not have to carry our bags up & down stairs! We were unable to do water activities since it was rainy & cold most of the time, but we did enjoy grilling on the propane grill on the nice deck when it wasn't raining. We had an issue w/ the DVD player while there but after calling the owners (who were out of town), their sweet son came over & resolved the problem quickly. The cottage is located in a semi-private area, which we appreciated. The only suggestions I have is to provide more than one hand towel for entire stay for all guests & to upgrade the mattress in the bedroom. Other than that, the cottage was clean & cozy, had good water access for fishing & swimming, & we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The owners were accessible & provided good directions & check-in info. The fresh flowers were a thoughtful touch! Thanks Tim & Cheryl!
