Lots of room, plenty of games & ect. Everything we wanted to see was close. The kitchen had everthing we needed to cook. Very nice calming outdoor area.

We were in town visiting family. We enjoyed our stay here. The shower had great water pressure. The kitchen was stocked well. The backyard sitting area was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of my favorite rentals through VRBO. Everything was spotless, the house was so cozy and quaint but still spacious, and they provide everything you might need. There was a slight hiccup with the wifi, and they responded and resolved it super fast! I would love to stay here again and do the wine trail!

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of several things that make a trip easier. The property though does need some repairs. Back sliding door doesn't lock. Front window was cracked. Doors that didn't close well. What looks like mold on the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom. Dishes that were dusty with disuse. Nothing major, but a lot of little things that just add up. All that said, a bit of work on the property would probably bring it up to five stars in short order.

My husband and I traveled from the St. Louis area for a little weekend getaway. We knew we wanted to enjoy some wineries and go on some hikes. This place was a perfect location, perfect size, very clean, and had great accommodations. Due to the location, we were able to accomplish going to all of the wineries and hiking spots we wanted to without feeling rushed. Then while at the house, the owner has truly thought of everything! We had the option of sitting back and relaxing in the hot tub or having fun playing all the games made available to us. We will be back in the future and we are already recommending this place to others.

Twin Maples was easy to find and clean. Centrally located and quick access to just about anything. Listing as described. The house was rather warm when we first got there due to unpredictable weather. We messaged Kathy and she was there quickly to address the issue. Very receptive host. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. Everything was amazing. We loved the house. It had lots of character.

The house was clean and well stocked. Even though it was an older property there were some nice upgrades with the hot tub (we didn't use it because of the weather), new appliances, and fast wifi. There were only a couple complaints. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced. It sags pretty badly in the middle and it's fairly uncomfortable. The other being that the home is located on a busy road in town which can be noisy at times, a long with a train track nearby that is also loud. If you're used to this type of noise it probably wouldn't bother you. It did make things hard for the wife and I to sleep but we are used to things being pretty quiet. Neither of these were enough to knock a star off for us because we really enjoyed our couple nights away but thought future renters might want to know.

We enjoyed the house, wish we could have stayed longer. Nice secluded back patio, selection of games, etc.

The property was just as advertised. The host was very accommodating and was very easy to get ahold. I would highly recommend this host and her properties.

The stay was great. The host was very responsive and attentive to our stay. One small hiccup that was out of anyone's control, and it was taken care of ASAP after we reported it. We had a great time.

We had a great time in Anna and the surrounding areas. Kathy’s place was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space with the hot tub was awesome! If you’re visiting wine country, I’d definitely recommend this place for a get-a-way. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The duplex was a good location for us to stay at while exploring the wine trails

The owner has thought of everything. You must experience this property to believe the amount of features and comfort it has. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend it for family stays. Thank you Kathy for a pleasant place to "live" while I visited my sister.

Convenient location close to Walmart, fast food, & Walgreens. Very clean house with everything you need in the kitchen, thick luxurious towels & robes, comfortable beds, towels for the hot tub & cushions for outdoor furniture. We are return customers!

It was a lovely property with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen.Sweet touches everywhere, robes for the hot tub, fantastic shower etc.The outdoor area was magical with the lights and the overall setup. Id recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away and decompress.

This house is so adorable! Our host Kathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was quick and making the reservation was easy. It was a great location, just down the street from shopping. Kathy thought of everything, it was like being home, but away from home. Any pans, utensils, or glasses you need were all right at hand. There was even coffee! We will be renting it again next year when we return for our family reunion.

The house was super cute and surprisingly big. The outdoor area was very private and where we spent 90% of our time. If you’re having a girls trip, this house is perfect! Great communication from owner. Great location - close to the wineries, Walmart, and restaurants.

It was beyond our expectations. We stayed two nights. Very cool older house. The hot tub in the backyard were amazing. Overall, just a great time. Can’t wait to go back.!

Very clean and comfortable. Lots to entertain our 2 grandkids ages 9 and 11 after returning from a day out. Enjoyed the back sunroom and all the board games, the pool table and the hot tub. All the extras provided by the host like the quilts, the robes and all the helpful notes were great. Only thing I would mention that was in another review is would be helpful to have a pull out sofa or more sleeping options. Listing says sleeps 6 but only 2 bedrooms; one with a queen, the 2nd with a bunk bed, double on bottom and single on tope?? Beds were very comfortable though. Location was ok.

We have an annual girls trip to the wine trail. Normally we try and find a secluded cabin near them to stay. This time we tried something different. We booked it for the back yard area. When we arrived the house was much bigger than we expected. The back indoor deck was a pleasant surprise! The kitchen was AMAZING, there were robes to welcome us, sound machines to help sleep. The owner of this property did not miss any details!!! The house was clean and set up for good times together. The only thing that I would even suggest would be adding in one more sleeping area such as a pull out couch or something of that sort. I am surely not the owner though. This house was perfect for spending the time together. We had a rain out night so we're greatful for it. There is not much to do in the town itself so we were happy to have the house itself!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a great time. The place was very private and comfortable. Kathy has thought of pretty much everything a guest would need to stay there. Everything was very well organized. We are looking forward to staying there again in the near future!

We went hiking in the Shawnee National Forest for our honeymoon and stayed at Twin Maples. It was a wonderful experience with the hot tub and lights.
