My family spent 5 days at this beach cottage and we absolutely loved it! We traveled with a 3 yo and 8 yo, and it was the perfect size for four of us. The cottage was so close to the beach and within walking distance of all the restaurants and coffee shops in Wrightsville. The host provided a wagon and chairs that we could haul to the beach, and there were even beach toys for the kids to use. We were able to shower and hose everything off downstairs before heading upstairs. It was convenient, just the right size, and stocked with everything we need. If you love the beach as much as we do, I highly recommend this property.

My wife & I too our two teenage granddaughters to the beach for a few days, so convenience, accessibility & comfort was paramount.
The Classic Beach Cottage apartment was perfect on every level.
Just the right size for our group to enjoy without tripping over each other & we ALL loved the large porch. Ending our day relaxing on it was a treat.
I can thoroughly recommend the apartment to any beach lover who values convenience for other amentities.

I visited with two young adult children. The house has a fabulous location just one block from Roberts, Adapt coffee shop, the ice cream trolley and the station 1 bars. Convenient, but far enough away to not be loud at night. Easy half block walk to a nice section of the beach, and has a nice view of the sound from the porch. Everything in the unit worked well, and was in good condition. Furniture was comfortable, and the house was well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Privare off-street parking behind a closed gate at night.

This sweet cottage is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Easy beach access and walking distance to beach markets, restaurants and bars. Our host could not have made things easier for us. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and checking in and out is a breeze! We would come again and would consider booking the whole house for a stay with our adult children.

We loved the location of the condo! A very short walk to the beach, a view of the sound from the deck, and right by all the shops, restaurants, and the Loop. Decor was updated and the bed was very comfortable. Property was well equipped and we especially loved the convenience of the owners providing beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and wagons to take everything to the beach. We would love to stay here again. It was terrific!

We loved staying at this house this week. The inside was so beautiful (and smelled so great!) The outdoor furniture was perfect to enjoy the breeze and we had a wonderful relaxing few days here. Thank you!

The property was in prime location. The place was very well kept and clean! The beds were SUPER comfortable and the host was a great with communication. We will definitely be back next summer for longer.

What a great place close to downtown and the beaches and everything else

Loved the exterior and location. Interior nice, bedding nice, needed a place to plug phone on both sides in bedroom. Ironing was difficult older iron didn’t find board, but the worst was the lack of (working) lighting on the stairs they are steep ( expected and ok ) but coming in after dark was bad. Lastly the mini tv in the living room is not adequate and it was expected a tv in the larger bedroom. We paid a premium for the space especially at the end of the season and coffee pods for the Keurig were not included.

Incredibly clean and charming unit in a perfect location. Steps from beach access and just a block away from restaurants and shops. Wonderful host provides all the beach getaway essentials. Check in instructions clear and easy to follow. Easy parking. Great wrap around porch to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze after a fun day at the beach. Close and convenient to explore Wilmington area.

This place was perfect. My wife, mother in-law and two sons (both under 1) stayed for 4 nights. Convenient location, very clean and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We sooo enjoyed our week! The only question we had was whether the second bathroom had a shower. There was a bit of a discrepancy. The outdoor shower made up for that! We rented both levels and would totally stay here again. We appreciated all the beach chairs and towels, for sure! The range stoped working and Melanie had someone there the next morning! Melanie was wonderful to work with… absolutely wonderful! She was a highlight of the stay!

Despite the poor weather we had a fantastic weekend here! The location cannot be beat. Only a few houses up to the beach and practically right in the middle of town. Loved it!!

Excellent convenient location. Know that you must go ip 2 flights of stairs to get to Suite/Condo A. Dark at night but working on getting stairwell lights working.

This property is beautiful and in a great location. We could walk to the end of the block to access the beautiful beach. We could walk to breakfast spots, dinner spots. It was easy to access the bridges/causeways to Wilmington. The home is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Thank you.

Fantastic beach apartment- we lived out stay. The apartment is brilliantly located right by the beach and the shops in Wrightsville. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds very comfy. Melanie was an excellent host and was very responsive and lovely. Cannot wait to come again!

We had a great stay at Melanie’s property in Wrightsville Beach. The location can’t be beat just two blocks from the beach bars, restaurants, and the water. We were impressed at how clean the property was and it was exactly what we were looking for! As a former UNCW grad, it was a great welcome back to WB with friends!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This property is perfect location to town and beach! Everything was immaculate, communications were great, towels and sheets and mattresses were excellent quality, provided beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were above and beyond, starter supplies for soaps and paper products was so nice, decor was fresh and beachy. We did not want to leave! Hoping to be back soon!

We had a great last minute trip to wrightsville and enjoyed the condo a lot. I especially appreciated having beach items available to use as I was taking a trip with my 3 kids and so it made the whole experience so much easier. We had a lovely memorable stay. Thanks to Melanie for the communication too. Would love to book again
