Great location. near river and bike/walking paths in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we needed in a unit that was comfortable. Ideal if you're not fussed about cleanliness and a few things not working.
As per other reviews the accommodation was not clean and in need of some reinvestment and maintenance. The shower needed cleaning, dirty walls, dirty kitchen, etc and cobwebs about the place. A few items didn't work properly and the ironing board was broken, although a replacement was bought to us the night before we were.due to leave.

Bed was comfortable, very good location with a nearby park which we go for daily walk.
Single air con which was hard to distribute over 3 segregated spaces. Prob a studio arrangement would have been fantastic.

Location was fantastic, and apartment amenities met our needs perfectly. Couldnt have asked for more in terms of layout and facilities for our stay.
If was to be hypercritical a little bit of an aesthetic update to interior, but overall it is really functional and well laid out with everything you expect and need.

Absolutely beautiful location you could not get any better. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Easy access to rail station to go direct into Perth city plus a lot of other interesting places. It was a great location to access these.
Property needs updating however, hosts are currently building new places which we have looked at close by and they look fabulous.

Exceptional at every aspect without exaggeration. Starting from floor tiles, spacious bathroom, bedroom mirror big wardrobe , relaxing location to free easy parking!! Highly recommended 👌

The cleanliness. The spaciousness. The proximity to the walk beside the Swan River. The ease of initial access to the property. The facilities. The promptness with which a plumbing problem was solved.
There was an initial plumbing problem in the bathroom. However it was fixed the morning after it happened.

Nice area, quiet, shopping close by and easy to get onto freeway. Place was comfortable enough.
Place was a little tired, bench tops were a bit icky and small ants in the kitchen every morning even though I didn't leave anything on bench and washing dried and put away.
Where I had to park, other cars took up spaces in front of villa, was against a wall along the driveway.
As it was raining heavily the drain in the driveway couldn't cope and I had to walk through rainwater above my ankles....a bit unfortunate as I'd only brought one pair of closed shoes. Had to wear sandals as my shoes were wet and ruined.

This is a very comfortable well equipped 1BR apartment in a great location for exploring Perth.
We made frequent use of trains, catching the train at Canning Bridge station, then using CAT buses in the city centre.
We also enjoyed walking to Applecross village for a coffee and shopped at The Good Grocer.
It is an easy drive to Fremantle from this apartment.
Having had car broken into at another location in Perth, we appreciated that our car was behind a locked gate here, also very easy for loading and unloading the car.
We are on a lengthy road trip so really appreciated being able to self cater for our evening meals in the well equipped kitchen.
The private courtyard at the back is also a bonus.
We would love to stay here again if ever back in Perth.

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to to. Operators were very friendly and helpful. Lovely area plenty of shops and facilities close by.

Didn’t include breakfast. We got provisions in.
We had trouble on second morning with the plumbing. Water from kitchen sink was coming up in hand basin and toilet in the bathroom. Contacted our hosts and they got a plumber in very quickly. We basically had a day away doing things as he had trouble finding pipe. He was excellent.
Kitchen joinery wasn’t very flash with chips out of top cupboard and one in the corner.

nice specious apartment in a nice location
host was good
construction work right above the apartment. loud noise started at 0730am every day even on the weekend. i came for a relaxing holiday and i could not rest properly because of the construction work right above my roof. the trade people also had their music very loud.
poor internet connection in the unit
no clothes dryer
no cooling (AC or FAN) in the bedroom or in the lounge room (only AC in the kitchen)
i could not lock the back door
too much natural light in the bedroom. cannot make it dark during the day to have a rest in a dark room.

The property was in a great location, short walk to local shops, IGA, pharmacy etc. Public transport easy to access. There was a small problem but manager fixed immediately. Will stay there again, 👍
