Everything clean and fresh staff were friendly and welcoming we loved our room the view was nice and it was quiet excellent nights sleep food was great at the restaurant

Not so much didn't like would of preferred breakfast included in the room price

While the bedrooms could do with a bit of TLC, they are clean, a good size and very comfortable. If you overlook the harbour your in for a treat at sunrise. It's a lovely location with easy access to Glasgow. The staff are welcoming and go out of their way to provide anything we need. The breakfast in particular is superb.

Bacon that was all fat and cooked to an inch of its life

Rooms run down and scruffy. Heavy bass noise from the kitchen all evening and morning despite asking to turn it down. Shower leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom.

Staff could not have been any more helpful. Very nice, spacious & clean rooms. Great food.

Single beds in twin room were on the small side. Duvet was also very narrow, but thick & I felt too hot at points in the night, but too cold to sleep with it folded down to lessen overheating.

Good location for a funeral we were travelling to attend in Kilsyth. Marina location. Staff were very smart and polite.

Arrived at the bar after a long journey and asked to wait there until the manager could book us in which took a while. Had to pay for the room on arrival... we understand why now! Showed us back outside and to the back of the building which looked like a run down staff entrance. Upon entry to the hallway it was obviously very tired and not maintained. The room was very shabby. Bathroom was in need of some tlc lots of things damaged, broken or uncleaned. Light bulbs gone. Loud music playing for a couple of hours after our arrival. Then a horrendous loud generator or fan right next to us from 3am in the morning which woke us up and went on for some time. No night service so nothing we could do. Were booked in for 2 nights but left after the 1st. We just wanted to go home and sleep. Checked out at the bar and said about the fan noise to the manager who said it doesn't come on during the night. No refund. The place needs a serious refurbishment.

Frequent visits here but peace away from kids

The bathroom was not cleaned!! I did email them directly my pictures, no response. No cleaning done in bedroom either.....very very disappointed on this occasion.

it was clean and the staff were excellent. we had dinner and breakfast both were equally delicious.

The bathroom was tired and in need of decorating.
