We had a lovely stay at Siesta Key Beach and Gail was a wonderful hostess. She prepared a list of tips for dining options and was very service oriented. The condo was beautiful and a super location. 5 min walk to Siesta Key Beach and the condo also provided beachchairs, umbrellas and so on. There was also a trolley stop right outside the building. All in all an excellent stay!

To start, the property owners were so very kind and accommodating, the location is perfect. Directly acrossed the street from the Main Beach! The condo pool was a great temp and very clean, kids loved it! This condo was perfect, stocked with every single thing you will need from kitchen aids to beach towels to beach chairs, they graciously offer it all. Thank you for an A+++ vacation in your villa❤️

We stayed here with our two children and would definitely recommend. Gail was very responsive before, during and after our visit. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and more. It was a short walk across street with great beach access. Free trolly was right outside the condo which was great and didn't have to worry about finding a place to park. Thanks for the stress free place away from home.

It has everything you need for a great vacation!! The kitchen is fully stocked so you have no problem cooking meals if you want to stay in. I was please with the items provided for days on the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels ect…. The pool and grill are great. The owners met us at the property to give us the keys. They showed us around and explained everything we would need to know for our stay.
We would visit again.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The park and beach directly across the street and the pool right out the condo were key for a successful vacation with 2 kids (ages 4 and 6). It was clean, fully stocked with all the beach items and the personal check-in were added bonuses. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great condo and a great location only steps away from Siesta Key Beach. Gail and H are great hosts and are quick to respond to any questions. It was nice to be able to meet Gail at the condo for check-in. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen as well as items for the beach. I would absolutely stay here again! Hoping to be back soon!

Everything about the property was first class to go with the beauty of Siesta Key. Enjoyed everything about our stay. The location is perfect with easy access to beach and village - by walking. The trolley service adds to this.

Nice 2 bed, 2 bath condo in great location across the street from Siesta Beach and walking distance to Siesta Village. Both places are where the action is on Siesta Key.
The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach and the area. Balcony has nice sunset views.

My family and I had not been to Siesta Key before last week, but had heard great things so we booked Gail and H's place for Christmas week. I'm so pleased with the location and the timing, but most of all with the property.
This condo is spotless, fully equipped and exactly as advertised. Check in was in person ... such a classy touch ... and communication throughout was immediate and professional. Will definitely look to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner of the condo met us at the condo when we first arrived, and showed us the particulars which was so helpful. The condo itself was exactly as pictured—lovely with tons of natural light. The kitchen, which was a galley kitchen, was very nicely stocked. Small, but mighty! The location is excellent. A mile from Siesta Village and across the street from the Sun Deck and the beach. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We have already booked it for 2024.

The property was a great location! I had easy access to the beach and private parking with a security check in to give access to the property. Gail and H did an amazing job pivoting to another condo when the air-conditioning broke in the condo we were supposed to stay at the day before we arrived, we moved into our original booked place when the AC was fixed and again, I can’t say enough about how helpful Gail and H were through the whole process. I would completely recommend them for any future stays to friends and family.

You have to walk a little towards the beach, but that's okay. It's very central to everything. Froceries stores are a dew miles away and there is entertainmwnt around you at all times.

The property is great. It is exactly as advertised. Very clean, located directly across the street from Siesta Beach. It is a bit of a walk to get to the actual beach, because of the sheer size of Siesta. But its was manageable because of the wagon provided in the condo. The beach itself is wonderful. Crystal clear water, and the most amazing sand. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I wish the condo had was a water view. Being on the 1st floor and in the back of the building, there is no view of the ocean. But we knew that going in, so its not an issue. Overall we loved it, and Siesta Key, and we will definitely be back

Great location! Condo had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Hosts met us when we arrived. Explained all information needed for the complex and the area. The free trolley's are definitely the best way to travel around the key. Parking a challenge in the Village. Cannot wait to visit again! Thank you Gail and H for a great vacation.

The property is a first floor unit above ground level and easily accessible via elevator or stairs. The unit was well appointed with all of the extras necessary to have a few meals during our stay.
My Mother and her best friend both Senoirs really enjoyed everything about this condo.
The owner was extremely responsive and flexible.

This property my was clean neat and very convenient. The owner met us on the first day and gave a us a quick tour, explained the amenities and also gave us a run down of the area and the Village. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and even beach towels which was a huge help not having to pack those heavy towels in a suitcase.
The beach is across the street and it’s a huge beach with gorgeous sand and water. Places it eat on the beach and restrooms. Everything is very convenient and the Village is even walkable but there is a free trolley as well.
Overall a fantastic place to stay and will definitely return!

The Condo was so clean and the kitchen has everything you will need! Lots of beach supplies, chairs, etc! There are so many windows in this condo! I loved it! The condo is across the street from the parking lot to the beach. A little walk, but not bad. Beautiful beach! Really nice pool area. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

Rental property has everything you will need! My husband and i were visiting with my mother and 8 year old son. Gail was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to gorgeous Siesta Key!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and the location is second to none- right across from the beach. The unit was quiet and far enough from the main drag to provide a lovely refuge. We hope to return again soon, it was a perfect ‘home’ for three weeks.

Vacation at Siesta
Very nice place to stay! The only problems we had were getting the keys to the property. The lock box was difficult to get in to. The keys that we received also were hard to operate in the doors. We had a GREAT vacation staying here, loved the unit!

In a word- Spectacular!!
This was our first time in Siesta Key! We loved it! The condo was clean, spacious and had all the supplies for an awesome time for us to use. Straight across from the beach and the pool area was big enough to enjoy without feeling cramped!! I hope to return here every year!!

Girls Trip
Had a great time on our spring break. Gail was very accommodating, meeting us at the condo and going over everything with us. The beach closet is fully stocked with everything you need, including a cooler, wagon, chairs, and beach towels!!

Friends' Vacay
Our host, Gail, met us at the condo and walked us through it, which was helpful. The location was great, just across the street from the beautiful Siesta beach, and a short drive, walk or trolley ride from Siesta Key Village. The condo was very clean and the pool was very nice.
